I had asked for the person who sold me a car 11 years earlier, but he is no longer working with Hyundai, so I was ready to grant Ness the business only on the strength of his being the person that answered, AS LONG AS he was responsive, honest and could deliver information when, and not before, I needed it. I let him know not to call before a certain date, and he complied. Listening and not going over boundaries matters. He did a perfect job. More
