Never thought about going to Streetsboro to buy a car, but from the second Maybe Great Lakes Hyundai should be called "Great Place To Buy A Hyundai". Never thought about going to Streetsboro to buy a car, but from the second we walked into the dealership to when we drove away, with our new Tucson, we were treated like family. They have such a friendly atmosphere. They talk to you and LISTEN to what you want. They explain to you option and let you decide on what to choose. Our salesperson, Matt, was not rushing us to get to another customer. He was there for us even through we took some time in deciding. He also didn't disappear for long times to the sales manager desk and come back with a price that was filled with hidden add on. Thank you for a pleasant buying experience. More

The reason I did business with him was that when I first called in, he answered. I had asked for the person who sold me a car 11 years earlier, but he is no longer working with Hyundai, so I was ready to grant Ness the business only on the strength of his being the person that answered, AS LONG AS he was responsive, honest and could deliver information when, and not before, I needed it. I let him know not to call before a certain date, and he complied. Listening and not going over boundaries matters. He did a perfect job. More
