Do not buy a car here or at any hyandai they will sell you junk. (Even the new cars). When the car breaks down and you pay 2500$ to fix it and then a year later have the same exact problem. Car has an oil you junk. (Even the new cars). When the car breaks down and you pay 2500$ to fix it and then a year later have the same exact problem. Car has an oil combustion problem that is common with hyandai apparently and their crap theta 2 engine that they keep putting in their cars knowing it’s going to be junk. Even being told by other shops where I get oil changes that the engine should be recalled but it’s not. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR CHILDREN IN THESE CARS.You will think everything is fine going down the road then all of a sudden your car just stops accelerating and the check engine light comes on and your stuck in the road. Take my advice and look it up on Reddit and see all the people that they have screwed over and stay away from hyandai. Hyandai corporate won’t help you either they just want to sell their xxxx cars and leave you with junk before it’s even paid off. More
I first of all, had difficulty n getting my Genesis serviced because all calls were directed to an answering service and it was three days before O talked to a service representative. When I brought my car in to be serviced for what seemed to be an ignition or battery problem, I was told it was an alternator problem so they replaced the alternator. After spending almost 1300 dollars on the replacement alternator my car was returned to me with the same problem as before. More

I have a 2022 Santa Cruz first I take it to get service and bring up my windshield is cracked and would need it replaced with having the windshield protection contract also so then they tell me they work w and bring up my windshield is cracked and would need it replaced with having the windshield protection contract also so then they tell me they work with a third party company for that and they want me to do all the work to call them and get things set because they feel they are being a middle man and don’t want that so then they were supposed to take pictures and set that up then told me they didn’t take the pictures and need me to take them and send them to them so they can do it and then to me that’s xxxxxxxx and I shouldn’t have to do any work when I pay extra for the windshield protection so then after all of that still nothing happens and then maybe 2 weeks later the transmission blew on the cruz and I take it in to get that fixed which they did fix that but during that time I brought up the windshield again and they told me to just worry about 1 thing at a time and they’ll the transmission fixed and they’ll put the windshield in the notes which they didn’t and then I needed a loaner car so I can get to work and military drill after that being a xxxx show just to get a loaner car when my vehicle was fixed they supposedly tried calling me multiple times even tho I didn’t get a call but the service member emailed me to let me know so I then I brought the vehicle back in he said I tried calling you I said no you haven’t and I asked what number you called cuz I didn’t get nothing and he told me the number and it wasn’t mine so then I asked for him to get my contact info in the system and he said no they don’t need it so that’s some xxxxxxxx right there and really xxxxty so then I said did you get the windshield fixed and he tried acting like he didn’t know about so then he asked let me get your number so I can call you when that’s set up and he then went out and took pictures of the windshield and said he’ll give me a call now it’s been 2 weeks and nothing and I reached out to him with the email he reached out to me on and still no reply More
