Great service, I ask for Rob Rhodes every time! Any time I need service on my CRV, I contact Rob and he fits me in the schedule! If I'm having service work done and can't get someone to pick me up, Any time I need service on my CRV, I contact Rob and he fits me in the schedule! If I'm having service work done and can't get someone to pick me up, he'll give me a loaner to use. The work is thorough and reasonably priced, because I receive coupons through the mail from Great Lakes Honda. It's always been a great experience and they will be the dealer I choose every time. They keep all of the service records on my vehicle so I don't have to!! I also had the transmission and rear differential fluids changed, since they reminded me it was about due. Thank you for helping me by not having to make another appt and come back!! Although waiting is not a problem, since they have popcorn, a coffee machine, water, cookies, and a TV. Also bar tables and chairs I can spread out my papers and get some work done. And it's in an open area, not in some closed off little tiny room. Thank you!! :) More
