My salesperson Jason was great to work with, very helpful and provided information quickly. However, upon inspection of the vehicle, the tires were found to be “cupped” on all sides. I was purchasing a certi and provided information quickly. However, upon inspection of the vehicle, the tires were found to be “cupped” on all sides. I was purchasing a certified Honda vehicle, so I assumed the tires would be satisfactory at a minimum. I brought this to the service managers attention, he said they were only required to have a tread depth of 5/32” to be certified, regardless of the unsafe nature of cupped tires. I asked the dealership to share the cost of new tires, to no avail. Management would not address the situation directly, but sent word through the salesperson, which puts him in a difficult situation in which he has no authority to act. I traveled over 3 hours to purchase this particular vehicle, needless to say I am a disappointed customer. More
