I worked with Gannon and had by far the best experience of my life buying a car. With such low inventory no other dealership in NEO would touch employee pricing(my father retired from Anna engine plant and of my life buying a car. I wanted a 2021 Honda Pilot Black Edition. They only had the Black Edition in White and I was willing to settle but when I mentioned my wife would rather have it in Black they searched high and low(only 2 in stock in all of Ohio). They weren't having any luck finding a dealership to let one go so they said when one came in July 6th it was all mine. I'm not usually patient but to get exactly what i wanted I was willing to wait. Less than 24 hours later they found one in Toledo and the salesman drove to Toledo and grabbed it for me. You'd think I'd have a delivery/convenience fee tacked on, but not one cent was added onto my sales price. He quoted me on white which every dealer has 2 in stock, but didn't even raise the price with the scarcity of inventory in Ohio. Then I had to meet the sales manager where i expected the screws to be turned on me. They had thrown in paint protection for free which ok, whatever. When I scoffed at adding on to my monthly payment for wheel coverage and 10 year extended warranty they lowered it where i'd pay only 20 extra dollars a month. I never once felt I was getting swindled and all employees were definition of class act. I'll be back in the next year for a CRV Hybrid for myself and I will never second guess going straight to them for the best deal. Do yourself a favor and see Gannon and be treated right for once. More
