Great salesman. I travel from the west side of Cleveland to get all my maintenance done here. I had a 1:30 appointment for an oil change and got a flat on my way there. I called their service department and kept them updated the whole time. Not once did the receptionist ask me to reschedule if I couldn’t make it by a certain time. My car insurance failed to send me a efficient person to change my tire and didn’t send a tow. 2 hours later, I call to tell them I’m on my way thanks to my fiancé who put my spare on and the receptionist says, “we close in 10 mins”. I politely ask her to transfer me to the service department since I communicated with them several times since getting the flat. I was on hold for a bit, ended up hanging up because I was 2 mins away at this point. I pull into the service garage, someone greets me. I tell them I had an appointment but had a flat. I simply ask if they could just change my tire since I had already called and it was in stock. I explained I would get the oil change a different day and “they” say “we can’t change a tire by 4:00”. Just because you close at 4, doesn’t necessarily mean you leave at 4 on the dot. Already defeated by the xx my roadside assistance put me through, I just walk away and get back into my car, frustrated. The only reason why I marked it 2 stars is because of the nice gentleman that approached my car and directed me to Avon Discount Tire. Big thank you to him! From now on, I will go elsewhere for service on my vehicle. I wish I could pay it off sooner and not have to deal with them at all. More

He found out the day I was getting the car was my birthday and went and got me birthday cake! I felt comfortable asking him questions and new he would be honest with me. Explained my options. Gannon was very patient! Even though I had a Honda, he showed or explained things to me completely. I felt very comfortable. He was very organized. Xavier - I felt like I could say anything to him and he would make it right! He made sure I knew I could ask him anything. I am so sorry I forgot the finance gentleman's name he was extremely efficient and again I felt very comfortable with him. Great place - much improved from the first Honda I bought! They have recommendation and any future business! More
I was in the market for a 2021 Honda Ridgeline and was in contact with about a dozen dealerships trying to price out the perfect vehicle. The ones who quoted me prices above MSRP, I thanked and moved on to the next dealership. There is currently a computer chip shortage which has affected the production of new vehicles. A lot of dealerships are taking advantage of the situation and marking up their prices -- but they were honest about their greed, which I can respect. I get it. I didn't leave any of those dealerships with a bad review. But THIS dealership? Their insincerity irked me tremendously, so I've decided to leave this review as a warning. I was initially working with Ryan, a customer service representative, who was perfectly pleasant. I told him what I wanted, asked for pricing, gave him my list of wants/needs and, most importantly, advised I did not want any dealer add-ons. He gave me a quote with several dealer add-ons, including $900 in paint protections. I advised him again I did not want any dealer add-ons. I told him we can move forward with the sale if he is able to take those off. No complaints with him. Overall, he was responsive, respectful, honest, and did a great job. After doing most of the legwork, he handed me off to a salesman (who I'm not going to name because I'm sure he was just following orders). The salesman basically said to me: We are an honest dealership. Every other dealership is marking up their vehicles over MSRP, but we are not!! We respect the customer too much to do that. What we have done instead is add a paint protector for only $900 [along with other insanely overpriced dealer add-ons]! You're not paying any extra markup on the sticker price, especially with the limited chip and vehicle supply! You are paying for things that will benefit you only! You should be glad we're giving it to you for MSRP! I advised I did not require the paint protection and was not going to pay $900 for a service I did not ask for. I agreed to certain things, such as the plash guards, which he priced for $200. I advised the salesman the exact same Honda splash guards were for sale online for about $80 and they take less than 10 minutes to put on. I told him I'll give him the benefit of a doubt and pay $120 -- which I thought was reasonable. The salesman told me it was already done, and he was unable to do anything about the pricing. Okay, that's fine. I kindly thanked the salesman and told him I was not interested in dealing with their dealership. He asked me why, stating SEVERAL TIMES I was getting such a good deal and only paying MSRP! And now I'm irked. Really? Do you need me to spell it out? So I told him -- yes, the dealership was selling the vehicle at MSRP, but they were throwing on unwanted and unnecessary dealer add-ons at insane marked-up prices and stating those add-ons are for my benefit and not negotiable. They are making just as much on the unneeded dealer add-ons, or perhaps even more, than a dealer who was charging over MSRP with no add-ons. I'd rather have a dealership be upfront about their greed. It's business. I can respect that. But don't try to be sneaky about it. Don't tell me "we are not like them" and try to force products on me I don't want. After I called out the salesman, he told me he spoke to his manager and was able to remove the $900 extra service afterall. But it already left a bad taste in my mouth. I went out to Apostolakis Honda in Cortland, Ohio (about 80 miles east of this dealership) and bought a brand spanking new 2021 Honda Ridgeline for BELOW the MSRP. Don't let dishonest dealerships take advantage of you! More

They follow up with the customer! When they are servicing your vehicle they show the customer what is needed and the customer makes the decision!!
