DO NOT TRUST these people. They offered me $20,500 for my Lease Turn in and then after they had my Car they claimed I had NO right to buy/sell after I made my last payment and They offered me $20,500 for my Lease Turn in and then after they had my Car they claimed I had NO right to buy/sell after I made my last payment and refused to pay me $7,275 after payoff. My contract states otherwise and they were Ignorant of The Truth when it was convenient to break The Verbal Agreement we had in place. They lied over 15x’s on The BBB Reply. They also used a Fraudulent Signature to turn into Honda so they could then steal my Car for themselves. Stay far and clear from any of Joey Huang’s Dealerships! He lacked the nerve to return my calls/emails. Patti Cooper lied. Ryan McDougal lied. Xavier People lied. I passed on a better offer from Carvana because of the Honda name. Big Mistake! More
I would never recommend this dealer to anyone. They refused to remove either the price increase (which is illegal because it was advertised the sticker price), or the $800.00 add-on that my friends did not want to pay. They were extremely rude, and in particular, Allen Parker who refused to give me the manager's name. He told me to "Look up the manager's name on the Internet." We were treated poorly both times that we went to the dealership and because of that, we went to Bass Mazda and purchased a Mazda. When Matia owned the dealership the customer service was excellent, however, now -- I would never purchase a vehicle from this shady and rude dealership. More
I had taken my 2 Civics {2016 and 2018}, to another dealer for the Oil/Fuel and Condenser Recalls. After determinating they did everything incorrectly on both Recalls and the A/C in the 2018 did not wo dealer for the Oil/Fuel and Condenser Recalls. After determinating they did everything incorrectly on both Recalls and the A/C in the 2018 did not work when they were done, I called Honda Corporate to see if take I could another dealer under the original recall to find out what was wrong. The first dealer had done so much damage to both my cars I was not willing to take either car back to the first dealer "EVER" again, they screwed up so many things up during the "Repairs". I contacted Great Lakes Honda and spoke with the Service Manager (Andrew) about my situation. He told me to bring it in. As it turned out, Andrew had unexpected business to attend to and was not at the dealership when I arrived. The whole experience from that point on was "Impressive" to say the least ! I went up to the first service writer "Matt" looking for Andrew. Although Andrew was not there, Matt found Andrew's notes in the computer. Without any questions or arguements, Matt took my car in, gave me a loaner and within 4 hours they found out the problem. I returned the loaner and got my car, free of charge. The other dealer had put too much Freon in the system, causing it to shut down. Not surprising though, as they had over filled both civics with motor oil during the Oil/Fuel Recall. (2.5 qts too much I might add-6 qts instead of 3.75 qts) I highly recommend Great Lakes Honda for repairs. As much as I dislike taking any of my vehicles to a dealer for anything, I feel VERY comfortable with Great Lakes. It sure is NICE having A/C again ! More
I was looking for a specific car, and Great Lakes Honda West happened to have it on their lot. I submitted an internet lead and was surprisingly called on a Sunday that the car was available. Met with Troy West happened to have it on their lot. I submitted an internet lead and was surprisingly called on a Sunday that the car was available. Met with Troy and agreed to purchase it. Troy recognized what I was looking for and never once pushed any products or purchases that he knew I wasn’t looking for. Very impressed with his ability to read a customer and understand what they need from him. I was able to go from phone call that the car was available, to purchasing the car in less than an hour. Took me less than 5 minutes to make it through paperwork when I arrived back at the dealership the following day to finalize purchase. Troy was waiting and ready for me. From one automotive industry professional to another, job well done here. More

I had a wonderful experience today turning in my 2019 Honda HRV to start another new 3 year lease on a 2022 model. Working with Pete Tobias again is such a pleasure!
