I will preface this by saying that I generally do not leave any reviews, but this left a particularly bad taste in my mouth and I feel people should be aware of how they do business. If you value integrity and service please do not look to purchase a vehicle here. I contacted them through their website in the evening to confirm the vehicle I wanted to purchase was still available. They confirmed it was. In the morning I exchanged email and text messages with Megan to get the rest of the details and set up a time. I explained that I would need to make arrangements and we would be coming from over an hour away. I confirmed I would be coming as soon as I can leave work and even texted her as we left for the dealership. Megan again confirmed with both text and email for our appointment and replied that the car would be pulled up and waiting for us as we arrived and the whole process would very quick. We drove over and hour, arrived, parked, and as I was walking on their sidewalk to the front door my phone rang with a message saying the vehicle was sold but they have many other nice cars I would like! Seriously! I walked in and spoke with sales manager only to tell me that he "would speak with Megan tomorrow." Why would you confirm and set up and appointment for a specific vehicle and then sell it while the person is on their way driving over and hour for a confirmed appointment to purchase the vehicle. The are clearly more interested in sales at the cost of customer service. This should have never happened. The worst part of the whole story is that my 16 year old daughter was the one who was with me as this we going to be her first car. Try explaining that to your daughter who thought she would be driving her first car home that night. Please consider your values before doing business with a company that puts sales above customer service. More
Showed up at the dealership with a preapproved document from my bank and they didn’t know how to handle it. They insisted on running their own credit check and wanted me to finance with them. I finally caved in and sure enough they couldn’t beat the rate I walked in the door with. I purchased a used car and it was barely washed, definitely not detailed at all. I was anticipating a poor experience with this dealership beforehand and they did not disappoint. More
Dealer would not honor internet price. They added an aftermarket product to raise the price by $900 & refused to remove it. I would not trust them to behave in good faith. Overall, a decent experience throughout the whole process, but it took forever to get everything accomplished once we agreed to the offer we were given. The paperwork took longer than we'd anticipated - even though we paid cash - but we were there on a super-busy day. Total time in the dealership was 5 hours. Not horrible, but we'd driven 4 hours to get there and had to drive 4 more hours to get back home. It was a long, long day. All personnel we interacted with were friendly and welcoming, especially Nate. Our sales rep, Ben, was well-versed on the vehicle we'd chosen so that was re-assuring. Mark, in Finance, was very efficient and clear, albeit crazy-busy, having done 8 closings before getting to us. Truly, the only negative we experienced was they told us after we'd already finalized everything that the key fob for "driver 1" was lost and they'd ordered a new one but it was on back-order, so they'd have to ship it to us when it was received from Honda. Not a deal-breaker, but with only one key fob, you obviously run the risk of being stranded if you every lose it. It's like a sword hanging over me...I hope it doesn't take too long to get the new one!!! More

No lights on the dash, no abnormal sounds during a 20 minute test drive. Within the first month my check airbag light came on, they clearly reset the computer and cleared the codes to sell the car. With their x point inspection for safety you cant tell me they missed all 3 codes for a faulty airbag system. Still dont have airbags because i can't afford a few thousand dollars on an already very overpriced car. New car sales might be okay, dont buy used. More
