Carri, this review of us is exceptionally dishonest. We did exactly what you asked, inspect your vehicles undershield because it was hanging down. We took care of that FREE OF CHARGE and recommended you also have your fender liners and front bumper replaced because they too are hanging off of your car. We gave you your car back with a quote for the recommended repairs. We are happy to admit error when we make one and go to great lengths to correct those unfortunate mistakes when they are made. I would like to hear from you to help clarify what issue you had at our service department and ensure we get you taken care of if there is something we missed. Please call the store and ask for General Manager Josh. Thank you.
