Sorry we failed to meet expectations Shaun. Heated seats are not on our inspection list for a pre-owned vehicle, nor did anyone likely try to use them as it has been over 80 degrees everyday from the day we took the car in, to the day you bought it from us. Accusing us of knowingly selling you a broken car and calling us crooks is pretty uncalled for however. Our inspection showed that all safety items, such as brakes, tires, suspension components etc were well within acceptable wear, we changed the oil and the air filter and did not find any trouble codes present in the vehicle's computers. It's an 11 year old car....Dodge only guaranteed things like heated seats would be covered for three years from the day it was new, expecting everything to work as a brand new car 11 years later seems a bit unrealistic. Additionally, had you called your salesman or a sales manager we likely would have chipped in to help you out. We understand nobody wants to spend their hard-earned money on something that doesn't work as expected. Blasting us online and name calling isn't going to get you very far. Best of luck. Janet, the Oil for Life confusion was because you used our online scheduler, but you have a new phone number and misspelled your last name. The system therefore couldn't match you to your customer profile here. This has nothing to do with the new owners as you state in your review. Once you came in Jesse was overly helpful and made sure to make the correction, I am told you were happy and understood at that time. The price of an engine air filter is $41.00 installed, that is using a genuine Honda Filter. We are one of the least expensive Honda dealerships in our entire sales district which includes the entire Pacific Northwest. Same with the $44.95 cabin air filter. I challenge you to look up aftermarket filters, they will be slightly less money, but obviously that would not include installation which our prices do include. Lastly, I would like to address your comment about this being the price "just for women." That is absolutely not the case, our pricing is transparent, published several places online and fair for every customer who comes through our doors regardless of gender, race, color, creed, religion or anything. Our prices are fixed and nobody in the dealership has the authority let alone the ability to change service pricing for customers. That statement in your review is unnecessary and degrading to not only ALL of our amazing customers but the female employees we have as well. If you want to test the waters and see how we as a team and dealership feel about or treat women, feel free to ask one of our amazing female employees. -Josh Copeland, General Manager
