I’d like to take back what I said about this place. I was being courteous before, but after further thinking, I see no reason too. This dealer ship is no different than any other big family named dealer ship being courteous before, but after further thinking, I see no reason too. This dealer ship is no different than any other big family named dealer ship that bought up almost the entire street so ever other company has trouble competing. The salesman here are in the business of selling you a car, and that’s it. Not making sure you have a good deal, and not making sure what they give you is fully functional (if used). They gave me a car with a bad transmission, and when I brought it to them to see what was wrong, they told me “they couldn’t find the issue”. It took me taking it to two other places to find the issue; and not only this, but they will pull every pushing tactic to make you buy the car and not back out of the deal, and being that I’m young and new to car buying, I’m ashamed to say it worked on me. On the same note of the staff, they aren’t the friendliest either. When I happened to hear the conversation of a sales manager to a salesman, I could here the salesman trying to talk to the manager about a deal a customer was offering, and he was only told “that’s not your job. Your only job is to sell him a car”. They do not care about you. This dealership in its entirety is full of xxxx lower than what you’ll find in a New York sewer. Now should you need someone here to actually help you, ask for Ryan Cook. Despite what I said, he is actually a good hearted person. Do not buy from here, or any other dealership with the name Lithia. Save your money, buy from a private seller or a smaller owned business. More
I was traveling and needed a part replaced. The service department took my car as soon as I arrived in town on a Friday afternoon. They overnighted the part and I was back on the road Monday. It was my 1st service on my 2019 Ridgeline. I had bought Oil for Life as I had on my last Ridgeline. I was able to get in for service on same day I called for appt. One of the worst customer service experiences I've had I intentionally waited 6 months to write this review to let the emotion die down and to test the durability of the repair I ended up getting elsewhere I intentionally waited 6 months to write this review to let the emotion die down and to test the durability of the repair I ended up getting elsewhere for much less. I went in for a repair on a Honda Odyssey with a broken controller arm to subfame bolt. They told me they would have to replace the entire subframe for over $2000 plus labor. I work on cars a lot, and only go in when I don't have the actual equipment to do the job (like the required allignment after repair). I knew what was broken, and the nut had broken its weld on the subframe, the subframe itself was very much intact. I politely declined the repair. When I got home, I removed the wheel to take another look, and the lug nuts came off too easy for my comfort. I don't think they torqued them, which I always do with a torque wrench. I called the service manager and left a message politely recommending that he speak with his techs about making sure lugs are torqued to specification for safety reasons. I got a call back at work where the service manager told me how offended he was and proceeded to rip me a new one for making such a suggestion. He started to calm a little when I reminded him I'm the customer, but it made me so mad after the call I had to wait to write any reviews. I took the van to high tech auto, and he fixed it for about $300.00, and it's been running smoothly and securely for over 6 months. He even looked back into the repair on his own afterward because it had a new squeak and fixed it without extra charge. I've had good experiences at other Honda dealerships in other cities, but if you're in Great Falls, you should really consider going somewhere else. More

I thought Honda would take care of us a little better but I guess I was completely wrong this is not how you treat customers whatsoever. I would not even want to be seen in this loaner vehicle. More
