As my review states, I did call your dealership. The young lady answering the phone immediately started telling me that I should shop elsewhere if I want reliability. When I said that I had only bought the car 4 months ago, she said "it's not like you bought it 4 days ago, what do you expect? For it to run perfect?". I dont know about you but I think there's a pretty big difference between "running perfect" and the transmission being completely busted.

Mark, your statements with 2003 Mercury make you even more pathetic at its best. This is 20 years old car, especially Ford product. You did not purchase a warranty plus by your statement your issue occurred in 4 months. Please do us a favor and get a life. Or even better, just go to the new Ford dealership and make a purchase with a warranty. Even then I would not trust a Ford product and would not be surprised that the transmission would go bad in four months under warranty! Yes, I can agree with you that you are the one who truly has sociopathic behavior and clear problems with your behavior.

Folks, you heard it here first. Used car dealer says "just go to the new Ford dealership and make a purchase". Also, you should NEVER buy a ford product from him because he just said "I would not trust a Ford product", yet he sells them for over $4,000. GREAT things to read from a used car dealer. Every single bad review you get, you accuse the reviewer of having an axe to grind from you. When in reality, you need to look in the mirror and realize how horrible your business practices are.

Yes. You did not purchase a warranty and actually you paid 3500 for the 20 years old Ford Product. What do you expect? Yes, I realize that we can not provide a new car condition for 10 times cheaper than a new car. With 3500 you can not even make a down payment for the vehicle. You are delusional.
