I honestly cannot recommend Grayson BMW enough! ! Words cannot describe how happy I was with my experience with them, thanks to my service advisor Dylan and technician Chuck. I drove my 2008 M3 from ! Words cannot describe how happy I was with my experience with them, thanks to my service advisor Dylan and technician Chuck. I drove my 2008 M3 from Chicago to Tennessee to experience the tail of the dragon. Friday night my slave cylinder went out when I tried to put my car into gear. Got it towed to Grayson BMW that night and I showed up to the dealer on Saturday morning to explain to Dylan what had happened. They diagnosed the problem within 30 minutes of my arrival which indeed was the slave cylinder but the only issue was no parts in stock which I was not surprised about. With it being a Saturday and if they were to order OEM parts I would have been there til Tuesday easily. Seeing that I was from Chicago and in a huge time crunch they made an acception to install a aftermarket slave cylinder from autozone if I were to pick up the part. Obviously they will not be held liable if the part were to fail again with it not being oem which I am fine with because I had no other option at that point. Picked up the part and had Chuck install the slave cylinder and I was back on the road that Saturday afternoon and slaying the tail of the dragon with my friends. They turned a really stressful situation for me for the better, I was extremely satisfied with my experience with them in every way possible. Because of them I was able to experience the tail for my first time, I was able to drive my car home Sunday night and on time back for work. Thank you again Dylan and Chuck from Grayson BMW!! More
