Forgot to re-install parts Our 2013 Hyundai Sonata's engine seized up and was towed to Gray Epperson Hyundai. It took 9 weeks to replace the engine, which is understandable. During that time there was no correspondence from the service department to me. I called numerous times trying to get an update. Finally, on a Monday they called, said it was ready and I had 24 hours to get there. I managed to work that out (we are 2 hours from the dealership). Picked up the vehicle, made it home and opened the trunk to load groceries a few days later and notice a trunk full of parts they forgot to re-install to cover the engine back up. Unfortunately, communication is at best "cold" with this service department. We informed them, they didn't apologize, just told us to bring it back in immediately. I paid the extra money locally to have it re-installed. More

I was told to ask for Ricky and he had his partner help us until he finished with the client he was with. So thankful for all Ricky and Adam did for me. Adam got the process started started so Ricky could finish us up and put me in my new car. So helpful from the get go, and I didn’t give them much to work with but amazingly they were able to get me in a new car, still shocked they were able to help me. High pressure sales tactics, disinformation, and racial slur I test drove a new Hyundai that I had thoroughly researched before I ever stepped on the lot. I asked a lot of questions, many of which they didn't k I test drove a new Hyundai that I had thoroughly researched before I ever stepped on the lot. I asked a lot of questions, many of which they didn't know the answers to which is fine, but followed it up with additional nuggets of information that I knew were materially false, down to the number of colors available (they only had one color and said it was the only one you can get in spite of Hyundai.com's configurator). Additionally, the car was marked up thousands above sticker based on some worthless aftermarket paint coating and rustproofing they added. I wasn't prepared to buy that day which I was up front about, and on my way out of the dealership the sales person told me that if I was interested he could "Jew them down" on the price. Needless to say I was underwhelmed and thoroughly unimpressed. I ended up buying a different model from a different Hyundai dealer. When I told a coworker who is a gearhead that I test drove a car at Gray Epperson, he suggested I go elsewhere as apparently their reputation precedes them. It is my perception that they're still selling cars like the internet doesn't exist and buyers are ignorant and don't know their options. In the era of information, they should be helping you buy a car, not trying to sell you one. More

I must be able to see over the hood when driving. So I do have any accidents. We go inside, and explaining what also is needed. We found a car ! Ron Carelli is the BEST SALESMAN I every worked with. First I drove seat up all the way and towards motor I can see over dash board. Next my daughter in law takes for road test. We both said like the car. Go in and Grey Epperson accepted my credit card. Ron very helpful. He listens. He doesn't push for extras. I talk, and will tell everybody of the great service we had today. Thank You Ron you are helping 5 familys . Gary R. Burnette explained all what was signed. Very helpful also. All done less then 4 hours. More
Was lied to and service was not complete ; Sales rep rude About to my witts end with this place. Everything was fine at first, had an issue took it in got it fixed. Few months (1-2) later take it in for my first oil change tire rotation... fine... before that my front driver tire would go low enough to kick the sensor alarm on.. i air it up no problems (no more than 2-3 psi) ... tires were “rotated”? Right??? Then why is same tire doing same thing? Then my car starts making a “roaring sound” like the rotor is going bad again take it back in.... nope now its my tires b/c they haven’t been rotated.. they are cupping.... if they were cupping that bad it should have been on the service report...shouldn’t I have been notified of this like 2 weeks ago when I brought it in for oil/tire rotation. Now they tell me to bring it back in and they can see what can be done... why???? Now I need new tires.... so unless Y’all are gonna make this right by replacing my tires I will not waste any more of my money with this car or loose money to bring in by missing work again for yet another service appt in the <6 months I have owned this car!!!! My sales agent calls me and I was appalled by the way he was speaking to me... glad I haven’t filled that survey out yet... Now in August, still no resolution. More
Unbeatable price and great to work with! I'm a single woman and had been shopping around in Chattanooga for a few weeks. The rep would go find the manager and then the manager would pressure me And, when I would tell them my financial goals they made me feel like I was being unreasonable. One dealership told me my credit score was almost 100 points lower than it actually is and my rep here at Gray Epperson was shocked. Long story short out of all the dealerships I've visited over the last 2 to 3 weeks have either been rude or just plain shady. Ron Carelli was my sales rep and from the moment I contacted Gray Epperson they met me with good faith, no pressure, and a much better financial scenario on the vehicle I needed. I cannot recommend this dealership or Ron Carelli highly enough! More

great saleman********* we met Ron when i was buying a truck for me and my wife got interested in a jeep there, so ron took her and showed her the jeep and let her drive it, we met Ron when i was buying a truck for me and my wife got interested in a jeep there, so ron took her and showed her the jeep and let her drive it, what was so great there was no pressure on us to to fill out paperwork. he just let her do her thing and when she wanted to fill out the paper work he was there to assist her. he was very polite and friendly to us both and didn't pressure us to do anything that we didn't want to do... I would highly recommend Ron Carelli for your next purchase. I know where we are going again when we need another vehicle... thanks Ron More
