I recently traded in my current vehicle for a preowned Kia Sorento they had on their lot. I worked with Andy Kisor and Patrick Dodd and they both were very nice and professional and explained everything to me and made sure that I was happy with everything and I had even mentioned to them that it smelled like the car had a dog in it before and they made sure to mention to detail to try and get the smell out. These guys went above and beyond and I would recommend them to anyone. They have both checked with me after the sale to make sure that I loved the car and was happy with it. More

Worst experience ever! You couldn't watch your vehicle being serviced like most nice dealerships have the window. The service lobby was dirty and the couches were peeling. No Wi-Fi. There are no cars in the "showroom." Since we had to wait an hour we decided to look around at some of the used inventory... On the online inventory they claim that they have a Corvette, Aston Martin, etc. However when we asked the sales guy he said they don't have anything like that! So they lied about their inventory. We were quoted a certain price on the phone however when we went to pay the price increased. The printer wasn't working to print a proper receipt which is irritating since my car is under warranty and I wanted to prove that they had addressed the recalls. The coolant looks low but was not addressed and they didn't bother to wipe the oil off my engine. Any dealership I've taken cars to and spent money to have an oil change at the dealership has always washed and vacuumed my vehicle however not at this dump! This place is a sham! More
I wrote a review of this sales person, I think back in August of 2022. We bought a Limited Venue 2022. Nice car. Sale person was nice and helpful . So I feel they made at least another $1,500 by up selling , or taking advance of us.We have bought 4 cars from this place. Next time, I may go some other place to buy a car.Enough said. More

I walked in the dealership on one occasion to purchase a Mazda, after doing my research online, and the whole process took about 45 minutes. I was on my lunch break. Gary in finance was great too. Lack of listing and communication and inability to fallow up on any and all occasions whether it was me purchasing my brand new Hyundai or the Hyundai I brought in to have a engine put in that they then basi up on any and all occasions whether it was me purchasing my brand new Hyundai or the Hyundai I brought in to have a engine put in that they then basically stole $5000 of mine because when I picked it up I had to drag it wrecker to a other mechanic to fix what they fixed I would have never expected this I tried to communicate with them and Hyundai but since they are the lack of everything that sums up customer service I suggest to ever read this run people run these people are thieves I don’t care what they tell you they don’t follow up with nothing I literally have to hound them to get a call back I paid my bill in full when I pick my car up and then it made a noise and I called the mechanic out there and he said to me well that’s the water pump I just had my engine replaced I had a whole hour conversation with Randy the parts and service manager who also won’t call you back and then sits there and tries to tell me it’s because I use the Valvoline oil filter service my vehicle that’s why my engine broke and only got 90,000 miles and then they wrote it up for something that should’ve been covered at 100% as a goodwill offerAnd then they left my car sitting right at six months or five months really to fix it I have text messages I have emails where I have them and contradicting lies they cannot be trusted and that’s all I got not one of them is honest and trustworthy More
My experience has been both ok and not great. I bought a Hyundai during the 2nd chances deal. I brought a cosigner. I went in to trade my Ford pickup for a different truck. I should have just left so that's on me. When I got home I noticed a huge hole under the matt of driver side floor. Lady's lesson learned make sure to check under the shining matt's. Simon was my sales guy. I told him about having rescues and needing a truck. Needless to say I was not heard. Yes my credit is bad. I am working on that. My spouse died of stomach cancer and I lost everything. I have an auto immune disease that at times is really bad me so making doctors appointments is super important. So not only does the car not meet my needs I hate it also. It broke down the other day after only having it for about a month. In fact a light came on and said safely stop the vehicle and don't drive. The manager of the service dept. Reset the light and suggested I drive it home. Yeah right. So now I am in a loner car that I can't put my animals in ruining my 4th as I could not take my fur babies to the river,but now the dealership says pay for 2 years and will get you in a truck. No thanks. I will make my payments as I said I will, however I will be buying a truck somewhere else when the time comes. I feel so stupid for thinking there 2nd chance program was a blessing. The only people getting helped here is the dealership. They put me in a $27,000 dollar car and said no smoking no pets. Yet drive our car and advertise for us.Never buying from this place again. Grateful to Credit acceptance and my cosigner definitely not grateful for the piece of xxxx car I don't like and scared to drive. Not to mention that they don't care about how my animals needs are being met. Caution lady's these sales men are very good at presenting what looks like a gift,at the end of the day it's really just another sale. In my opinion. More
