Took my Prius for service consisting of oil change, tires rotation and general inspection (20,000 miles). Not only the person that handled it was courteous but, in addition, it was fast and did not even cost rotation and general inspection (20,000 miles). I was told that my warranty didn't cover labor and they tried to charge me for that. BUYER BEWARE. I still stand beside the sales team being great (obviously they have to be). I hope the owner reads this and changes how things are done I had a very easy no pressure experience while buying a Toyota tundra. I was able to setup everything online and go in to sign the papers. I will definitely be doing business with Gray Daniels again. More
