Service is non-existent. Showed no interest in fixing the problem with our vehicle. Had to call Toyota to find out what needed to be done. I initially gave this dealership a 1 star review. However, the GM, Zack, was highly responsive to my complaint and Gray Daniels has gone above and beyond to make the issues right.
