Mr. Cedrique Kelly and Mr. Wayne Eldridge put the satisfaction in "customer satisfaction." Because of my physical disability, my husband and I took many test drives at Gray-Daniels to find the car t satisfaction in "customer satisfaction." Because of my physical disability, my husband and I took many test drives at Gray-Daniels to find the car that we wanted and that best suited us. They were very patient and understanding. They did everything they could to accomodate us and help us. Although it was a very busy day (the last Saturday in June 2012), they treated us as if we were their only customers. It has been a long time since we have experienced that kind of customer care in any business establishment. Mr. Kelly and Mr. Deon Bernard delivered our car to us, as driving it all the way back to our house (an hour away) would have been very difficult for me. They were friendly and caring and quick. Mr. Kelly, Mr. Eldridge and Mr. Bernard were all professional, courteous, and very kind. We will definitely be back to Gray-Daniels Toyota, and we hope to do business with these three again. Our 2012 Camry is exactly what we wanted, at a good price. Our family already has a 1998 Camry, a 2008 Camry, a 2009 Corolla, and a 1992 Toyota pickup.
