Keith Sistrunk is a absolute terrible sales-person that has no professionalism. He loves to send text messages that are disrespectful and full of hate. I had requested more information about a truck I was interested in and he sent me a text that stated: " The Special Price on the truck you inquired about someone else took advantage of and Purchased." Quoted directly from Keith Sistrunk's text to me; a prospective client looking to purchase a vehicle. Is this the person you want to purchase a vehicle from? and is this the dealership that you want to buy from? In today's society, in the middle of a Pandemic, we have people that instill hate with everything they say or do. Keith Sistrunk is that person. I even talked to the Sales Manager: Mr. Brandon Parker and he apologized for Mr. Sistrunk and I told him he didn't need to apologize; Mr. Sistrunk needs to apologize. When I said that, he became defensive of him and then made me out to be the "Bad Person". I want to see that these people are made aware of their actions to their Boss. I DO NOT RECOMMEND using this dealership to purchase a vehicle. I hope the owner of this business finds out about these people and renders the necessary punishment; and not a slap on the wrist. I know that if Noel Daniels and Bobby Gray were still the owners, they would not have these people working here and defaming their names.
