The biggest run around I have ever dealt with from a car dealer. Find a used unit of interest, put in an app, offer a deposit, be told by the sales rep the vehicle is being held. 3 days to get an approval dealer. Find a used unit of interest, put in an app, offer a deposit, be told by the sales rep the vehicle is being held. 3 days to get an approval on a 750 Tri Merge credit score, only to be told the vehicle sold. Did all due diligence to make this purchase, including offer of deposit on very first call. Shady xxx dealers. More

I was quite pleased with my service. Yesterday, around 12 noon my engine light came on. I called the dealership, and Vicky said to come on over and they would fit me in somehow. A couple Yesterday, around 12 noon my engine light came on. I called the dealership, and Vicky said to come on over and they would fit me in somehow. A couple of hours later she informed me what the problem was and that really needed to be done before traveling out of town. I left the vehicle with them and told them I’d like to get it back before noon the next day. This morning, they called around 9 am informing me the work had been completed and that I could pick the vehicle up. I traveled from Brandon, MS to Dallas, TX with no problems. Jailil Jones was very impressive. He was very fair, honest and respectful. As a female, I felt heard and understood. He never tried to upsale me or push me in a different direction.
