I took my wife’s Highlander in for an oilchange and the man came in and told me that I needed a front in alignment. He was the man who does the front in alignment. He told me that he saw wear on my tires a man came in and told me that I needed a front in alignment. He was the man who does the front in alignment. He told me that he saw wear on my tires and I took his word for it. Later on I was looking at the tires on the Highlander and I could not find any sign of add normal wear on them. And you know I have a problem with that. And for now on before I allow somebody to work on my vehicle I will check it for myself. I guess you could say I was stupid to take his word for it . far as I’m concerned, That was wasted money and stupidity on my part. That day, it began to erode my trust in people. I guess you have to trust people to a certain degree on things you can’t really really tell or see need to be done But this is something you can’t defend against, Or hide. Yes I like to people there at the dealership, but I don’t appreciate what this man did that day. I trusted him to tell me the truth, but I see that he deceived me.Next time someone tells me that particular thing I will tell him that I’m from Missouri always in there and I will tell him to show me what he is talking about More

I purchased a Nissan Murano about a month ago from Gray Daniels Toyota. I love my purchase but very disappointed that I had to purchase 4 new tires just weeks after purchasing the car.
