This was mine and my husbands first vehicle purchase together, she explained the process step by step and told us everything that was going on, and worked with us very very patiently. This whole expirience was so much better then I thought it'd be! The only time we had any issue was in the finance office. The employee there made a few remarks that made us feel unappreciated there,and unwelcome. Thank you Samantha for our awesome experience, we are grateful! More

We had our 2 children ages 3 and 4 with us and this dealership was accomodating and well equipped to make shopping with children as easy as possible. There is a room for them to watch TV and play with dealership was accomodating and well equipped to make shopping with children as easy as possible. There is a room for them to watch TV and play with toys as well as Jill gave us activity packs for each kid. We have bought several vehicles at dealerships from all across the east coast and Gray-Daniels Nissan was the most positive, easy experience we have encountered.
