Buyer BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Our experience with this dealer was so bad that I reported it to Nissan USA Consumer Affairs. A case is pending now. An investigator from Nissan has Our experience with this dealer was so bad that I reported it to Nissan USA Consumer Affairs. A case is pending now. An investigator from Nissan has been assigned. Here are the highlights: 1. Went there to buy parts 2. Totally rude, ignorant, unfriendly, and unhelpful people in the parts department. The woman at the counter said, "They ain't here." And, "I ain't talked to nobody." This was in reference to parts I had ordered and were listed to be in stock. It was just a terrible experience for my wife who was picking up the parts I had already paid for. 3. My wife explained to the General Manager that she had a terrible experience just trying to pick up parts. The GM just smiled and shook his head. Totally unhelpful. 4. I called later to try to speak to the General Manager. The operator on the phone was absolutely the worst person I've ever spoke to in any kind of business. I was not mean to her, but I insisted to speak to the General Manager. She actually screamed at me so loud I had to move the phone away from my ear. Of course, she sent the call to some lady's voice mail. 5. Canceled my order. Called back to speak to the Parts Manager. He was about as friendly as a rattlesnake. He said, "it's canceled." About 20 minutes later, I checked the status of my order online. Wasn't canceled. I guess I'll have to talk to my credit card provider to get charges reversed if it doesn't get canceled. After all this, I filed a case with Nissan USA Consumer Affairs. An investigator has been assigned to the case. I doubt anything will happen, but at least I am voicing our experience with the worst dealer that there could possibly be. So, BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
Will Lie & Cheat You! I went to Gray Daniel Nissan Brandon on Saturday, November 11, 2017 & fell in love with a used 2015 Cadillac CTS on their used car lot. I liked the I went to Gray Daniel Nissan Brandon on Saturday, November 11, 2017 & fell in love with a used 2015 Cadillac CTS on their used car lot. I liked the saleswoman (Nicole ) who helped me. I ask point blank why the previous owners sold the car because it looked so nice. My sales woman said she did not know why let her go ask her sales manager. So she went to ask him and when she came back she said that her sales manager whom I found out later was "Jeff " said an elderly couple traded it in and purchased a $47,000 Murano to help transport their grandchildren. So with that information I decided to purchase the car, if they would put a new set of tires on it because the tires on it was wore out. They agreed to put new tires on the car, but did not have them in stock they had to order them. so I filled out the paperwork paid $6,000 down on the vehicle, & was told to bring the car back on Monday and they would put the new tires on detail the car and explain to me all the different functions on the car. so I left the dealership around 4 p.m. on Saturday and went home drove the car to church on Sunday morning, then I dropped the car at the dealership at 8:30 Monday morning November 13th for them to put the tires. I came back Monday evening around 5 p.m. to pick the car up and also for them to go over the different functions on the car. during the process of them going over the functions on the car and US downloading my phone contacts to the car I see the previous owners contacts and discover that I know who previously own the car. I even till the salespeople that I know several of the contacts in the previous owners phone contacts. so I make a phone call on Tuesday morning ,November 14th, to one of people off of the previous owners contacts. I tell them I think I have bought one of your family members car, that traded it in to Gray-Daniels Nissan of Brandon. she asked me what kind of car. I respond a white 2015 Cadillac CTS. she responds oh no. That was Keeth's car it's no good, you better call him. I call Keeth, the previous owner, he told me how the car had been nothing but trouble since he purchased it new from the Cadillac dealership. he even email me copies of the paperwork where numerous numerous things had been replaced where the car had been worked on with the latest it being in the shop from August 18th to October 31st. with August 31st being the day that he went to Gray-Daniels Nissan and traded it in for a Nissan Altima. Now, Gray-Daniels might not have known all about the problems with the car , but they LIED, about where the car came from. you said Keith and his wife are not an elderly couple ( they are in their twenties). they also did not trade the car in for a $47,000 Murano, they traded for a Nissan Altima. They also don't have grandchildren, because because their children are around 4 and 6 years old. So, today, Tuesday, November 14th, I'll call the dealership starting around 9 a.m. to 2:30 pm trying to talk to someone, because now I'm afraid of the car that I purchased based on the LIE that Gray-Daniels Nissan of Brandon told me, but I am told the general manager is off and the rest of the managers are in a meeting. That's a 5 1/2 hours meeting!!!! finally between 2:30 and 3 p.m, . Jeff, the used car sales manager, calls me. I explained to him what has happened, and he asked me what did I want him to do. I tell him I don't want the car, that I bought based on what they told me, that was a lie, because I am afraid of it. He tells me that Mississippi does not have a cooling off law. He then says that he can get me in something else, and asked how much I paid down on it. I told him 6000, and he responded with that much I might not be upside down in the car that I just bought on Saturday. But how can I feel comfortable dealing with someone that has already lied to me?????? who wants to do business with a dealership that sells cars based on lies of where the cars come from and no integrity???? It seems that I will I have no other choice then to pursue my legal options. I wonder if this is how the owners of the dealership does business or is it just poor management? I would think twice before doing business here if you're looking for honesty! On Wednesday, November 15, I received a call from Sales Mgr, Mr. Greer, asking me what happen and what could they do to satisfy me, that the GM had read my review that I posted (on Tuesday night, but they deleted) and called him. He stated he read it too, and want to know how they could satisfy me. I told him I was scare of the car now, that I wanted out of it, as if I never purchased it a couple of days ago believing that they were honest with me., & I did not want to lose the $6,000 I paid down on it. He told me to I wouldn't, and we made plans for me to bring the 2015 CTS back to the dealership on this afternoon (Friday, Nov. 17th). So I go back to the dealership this evening to trade the CTS in on a new car , did a test drive on a Altima & Maxamia, and we get to the paperwork, and on the paperwork the GM, Jill, is allowing me $18,888 ( the balance after my $6,000 down payment) for car that I paid $23,450 before tax less then a week ago from them. I asked them where is the $6,000 I don't see it on the paper that they are showing me with the numbers. At first I'm being told that it's there, but when I start questioning where, they can't show me and then they say they can't work a deal with the $6,000 down payment.. So my advice is stay away from Gray Daniel Nissan because they will lie to you and then try to take your hard-earned money! They were outright taking my $6,000!!!!! I guess they thought since I was a woman, I was ignorant. But I'm far from that I deal with P & L's all the time ! have never seen a company in their pursuit to make money treat their customers the way gray Daniel Nissan has treated me! We have several Nissan vehicles in our family but as of today we will never buy another Nissan from them and I will make sure that I tell everyone I come in contact with what happened to me! More
Horrible Service After the Sale!! We WERE satisfied with our experience at Gray Daniels Nissan Brandon until today and I will make sure that everyone that I come into contact with kn We WERE satisfied with our experience at Gray Daniels Nissan Brandon until today and I will make sure that everyone that I come into contact with knows that. On our way down to have the service department put our tires on, my husband and I started to hear a windy type sound that seemed to be coming from underneath the hood. We turned the radio down to get a better listen and about that time a black piece started to flap out from above the right tire and made an awful noise. We pulled over to find that a piece of the fender liner had come apart. After my husband inspected it further he found that the liner was hanging down because it had no bolts in it to keep it up out of the way of the tire. It has apparently been scrubbing up against the tire since we bought it. The left side was exactly the same. No bolts!!! I don't know if they had the bumper replaced on this vehicle or what but whoever did it failed to replace the bolts or clips or whatever is needed to hold it up. We reported this when we arrived and have been told that it will not be taken care of because they can't tell if we did it or not. We were told that the vehicle went through an inspection before it was put on the lot. Let me tell you something, my husband and I didn't go home after purchasing this vehicle less than 7 days ago and take all the bolts out of whatever piece this is under the car so that it would come loose and kill my child while he's driving down the road! We didn't go home and take the bolts out to go up there to try and get them to replace it for the fun of it either. What I will tell you is that I don't care about their inspection and neither does whoever does them for them because they obviously missed a spot!! We bought this vehicle for my 17 year old son and we wanted to stay within a certain budget because my husband has to have one next. I hope that whatever the little liners cost was worth losing a whole other deal, any future business that they would've received from us, or any friends and family that we would've referred. To top all of this off, they then proceeded to withhold the title application and I didn't receive it until two weeks after purchasing the vehicle. They kept lying to us about having sent it in the mail. I take it to purchase the tag the day I finally get it and I'm told I can't because "they've just done something to it today so you have to wait until tomorrow....and by the way there's a 5% penalty you'll have to pay for waiting so long to purchase it". NEVER AGAIN!!! If you're smart you'll steer clear of this place! More
Never had a good experience with these sneaky liars. I took my 2015 Nissan Altima (that I bought from them) to get my first recall done and my scheduled oil change. I got my car back and it does chime any more when so don't have my seat belt on not any passenger, as well as when I have low fuel. I took it right back of course, and they tried convincing me it never chimed. I even showed them page 2-14 in the owners manual. I'm still in the middle of a war with them and had to get Corporate Nissan involved. Plus when I took it back they said they had no record of the work being done, but later found the paperwork with no one's name on it. The third time I took it back, my car sat outside their door because "they forgot to check the key drop box". This place is a joke. If you have any sense, you will not go to Gray Daniels in Brandon, Ms. More

Women be aware of going to the car dealership by yourself. The salesman and the general manager will take advantage of you if you are by yourself. Do not trust anyone that works there all they are trying to The salesman and the general manager will take advantage of you if you are by yourself. Do not trust anyone that works there all they are trying to do is to sell you a car. They do not offer a COOLING OFF PERIOD. The financial officer will not review the application with you. Their contracts have a lot of red lines, and red tape makes sure before signing have your lawyer to review the contract or get a second opinion. I have a 7.4 credit score Gray and Daniels Toyota was trying to give me a 5.5 APR on my loan and then it refinanced for a 3.4 APR when it should have to be a 1.2 APR. DO NOT TRUST Cedrique Kelly AND THE General Manager Darian Pearson. More
