Steve was the person I was dealing at first. Then Jeff Katz came into the picture and tried to con me out of money accusing me of approving work I did not approve. I will be reporting this to the better business bureau.

Mr. Ford, We strive to provide the best service possible; I understand that you truck had a different concern after the warranty repair were completed over 1000 miles ago. I was unable to provide you a loaner truck to pull your boat for vacation. We did provide a rental car at no charge, and you allowed a non-authorized driver to drive the rental vehicle. We found and documented the air filter was restricted and caused the truck to go into limp mode. We are unable to complete the repair under warranty due to the air filter you installed. You accused us of putting a rag in your air filter box causing the concern. I was simply trying to diffuse the situation because we were on your daughter's speaker phone in our service reception area and other clients could hear you. You cursed at us, and you agreed to pay for the air filter. We didn't charge you for any labor or the rental vehicle we provided. We understand your Nissan Titan is not meeting your expectations and were simply attempting to get your truck back on the road so you could tow your boat for vacation.
