Took my 3 month new 2024 for routine oil change and tire rotation. After 3 hours they ask if I wanted to upgrade to add 2 additives, I said sure. 2 more hours later I finally got my car. On the ride home I rotation. After 3 hours they ask if I wanted to upgrade to add 2 additives, I said sure. 2 more hours later I finally got my car. On the ride home I started hearing a rattling noise somewhere in the dash whic was never there before. The next day I heard it again. I called the service department and spoke to Gary. His tone was rude and unyielding as he rattles off all that could be wrong and that if it was not a balance problem I would be charged a service fee. I have left a VM for the supervisor and called her back 2. NO ANSWER. This is day 3 I am taking my car to Walmart. They were much more professional and polite and fix the problem. That will be my first and last time doing any business with that Nissan dealership!! More

I purchased a vehicle on 6/17 started experiencing problems with the roof leaking. After reaching out to my salesperson(Big E) to discuss this issue he heard me out the first two calls, after that everyone in the dealership began to ignore my calls. They would re-route me to voicemails or state they could not transfer me to the sales floor without given an explanation. It’s as if they were purposely keeping information from me and they all learned my name and the issue with my vehicle and red flagged me. I eventually received a call to have my vehicle brought in on 6/30 to be serviced for the leaking roof, a service that was suppose to take only 4 hours and it’s 7/3 and I do not have my vehicle nor a loaner. I’m left finding rides to commute and no one from the dealership has reached out to me to discuss if my vehicle can be repaired or traded-off. The best thing about this dealership is how well they are trained in greeting and ensuring you purchase a vehicle, but they suck at communicating and resolving problems with their vehicles, once sold any problems you experience is yours or they tack on a hefty price for repairs. Stay as far away from this dealership as possible and especially away from they’re SALESPERSON BIG E. I later found out that he(BIG E) sold me a vehicle prior to completing the vigorous inspection that they’re vehicles are to pass before being sold. More

He helped me with the insurance company when they were stallin on send me my payment for the care that they determined was totaled. I would recommend MS. Jacques and other financial manager marc took my trade in and the new car gave me car without any documentations was told I will.get equity check and did not I was told I would get car back after proof of in and the new car gave me car without any documentations was told I will.get equity check and did not I was told I would get car back after proof of income or a signed contract proof was shown they repoossed my new car and wouldn't give me my trade in back said it was legally theirs mind u I was still responsible for my trade in I got new car in March they repossess it the end of April now I have no car. if I could give no stars I would unprofessional and shows no compassion. I bought my Altima from Gray Daniels and have my oil change done there as well. Brought it in and they wanted $100 just to do an oil change and tire rotation. $40 just to rotate the tires!!!
