Took my F150 in on 10/4/22 because it was running rough and 'Check Engine' light was on. I'll spare you the details of how many calls I made checking on progress - there were too many to count. Many time and 'Check Engine' light was on. I'll spare you the details of how many calls I made checking on progress - there were too many to count. Many times I was promised a return call by Lucinda, but was NEVER called back. Not once. I finally got the truck back on 11/21/22. You read that right -- 7 WEEKS LATER! Many excuses of not having the parts, the mechanic is out sick, the mechanic is working on something else, and on, and on, and on. 7 weeks later and a bill for $13,485! Earlier that year (7/12/22) they had the truck for a simple oil change. I was there before they opened and was told 'about 30 minutes'. It was a full 2 1/2 hour wait for a simple oil change, first customer of the day!! Heed the other warnings, go somewhere else. If you choose to have service done here, just remember ... I told you so. More

Brought my 2018 Ford Escape in for service on September 7th because I was told the technician was booked for 2-weeks. It has now been 6-weeks and I've gotten nothing but excuses... My insurance wasn't eve 7th because I was told the technician was booked for 2-weeks. It has now been 6-weeks and I've gotten nothing but excuses... My insurance wasn't even contacted until week 5 and the issue with them was resolved 10/12/23. I am very dissatisfied with having to wait for 6 weeks for a job that takes 6-8 hrs. Can't even get a return call from the Parts Manager/Director...Your business is only as good as the people that work for you More

AGAIN! PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!A quick update to my original AGAIN! PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!! A quick update to my original post (See Below): I thought about the disrespect I received from the service clerk (Lucinda AGAIN! PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!! A quick update to my original post (See Below): I thought about the disrespect I received from the service clerk (Lucinda?), and honestly, it ***** me off again. I thought, In a county where I was born and raised, the days of servicing the selected few were behind us. I felt that part of Mississippi was behind my great state. She offered no apology nor explanation for the 'lack of service" I received...just, "you truck is parked outside...and have a good day." I will, Lucinda because I will NEVER step foot on your lot EVER again! ! ==================================================== PLEASE SPARE YOURSELF THE FRUSTRATION… DON'T GO THERE!!!!!!! I dropped my Ford F150 off early Tuesday morning with the understanding, after talking to (I believe her name was) Lucinda (a service clerk), that it would be the following day before she would have "anything" to report to me. However, my truck set in their repair parking lot on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday until I realized I wasn't getting my vehicle back anytime soon. I would call, and I would receive the same message from Lucinda, "nothing yet…but I am going to call down there and get an update for you." SHE NEVER DID! In fact, on Thursday, she said, "I'm going to check right now, and I'm going to call you back…give me a few minutes. SHE DIDN'T!! I understand the labor environment these days, with COVID and the supply chain, I also understand, and I believe professional curiosity and communication to customers is the one thing that there should be in abundance. How hard was it really for Lucinda to keep her word, to call me back? I'm also wondering whether or not everyone who drops their vehicle off at Gray-Daniels on Octavia Drive in Brandon, MS has to endure the same ridiculous service. Is there a four-day waiting period for EVERYONE seeking a mere brake job? I'm not some hothead who expects the impossible; I'm in IT, so I know things breaks and take time to resolve, but communication and commitment to services SHOULD NEVER be an issue. This was my second service trip to Gray-Daniels; one would think I would have learned my lesson the first time. So I am informing you… SPARE YOURSELF THE FRUSTRATION… DON'T GO THERE!!!!!!! More
