We did our application on line and within a few moments we received a call asking us what we were looking for. When we got to the dealership we were warmly greeted and it was a very warm day our salesman Jared Culliver went and got the cars so we could stay in the showroom. We went looking for a truck and ending up getting a SUV and my husband is very pleased. Thanks Jared, and Keith Sistrunk you made this a great experience. We will be back for # 7. Sales department was good but service department was bad Bought a used 2009 mustang roush p-51b. Was happy bout the price and dealing with the salesman and everything. The problem came when the clutch started slipping after 2 days of having the car. Took it back to them and it took them close to 2 weeks to figure out what was wrong with the car and it was the clutch,flywheel,and master cylinder. They have had the car 4 weeks and don't even have the parts yet. Just really sad that a good sized dealership like that can't do simple services. More

I purchased a 2010 Ford Fusion with an extended warranty from the used car supercenter. The next day the check engine light came on. I called the saleswoman who told me to call the warranty company. I calle from the used car supercenter. The next day the check engine light came on. I called the saleswoman who told me to call the warranty company. I called the warranty company, only to be told that they did not have my paperwork yet and that I should call the dealership back. I called the dealership back and was told that it would take 10 days for my paperwork to go through so I waited. A few days later after I put gas in my car, it would not start the first time. Then it started, but shook very badly for a few minutes. It also began shaking while I was stopped at a red light. I called the dealership back to see if they could expedite the paperwork process so that I could get my car repaired as soon as possible. I was then told by the same saleswoman that they told me when I bought the car that my warranty wouldn't go into effect for 30 days, even though I wasn't and my contract states that coverage begins on the date that it was purchased. I then called to talk to the "sales manager" and was told that everything would be taken care of if I brought it to the dealership. I called back before I brought it in, only to be told by a different person that they weren't going to cover the repairs because I bought the car "as is." I am absolutely furious at this point because they have been giving me the runaround for a week now. I am pretty sure that they knew this was a problem before they gave me the car because they filled it up before I left the dealership. It is safe to say that I will never be buying another car from this dealership. More

First of all on that cool morning Daniel was setting outside like a sale person should be doing waiting on a customer. A plus for that I did not have to go and look for someone and then ask can I help y outside like a sale person should be doing waiting on a customer. Anyway tome I would like to have a person like Daniel helping me because of quickness, understood and kindness goes a long way. More
