On 10/22/20 I paid $25K cash for a used 370z. I was issued a temp tag. On 11/19/20 I received a call from the "manager" Adam. He told me there was a delay with my title, that nothing was wrong just it' issued a temp tag. On 11/19/20 I received a call from the "manager" Adam. He told me there was a delay with my title, that nothing was wrong just it's taken more time to get it. FYI all my phone calls are recorded due to my profession. Adam gave me a choice to wait another 45 days for the title or a new car of equal value with title in hand. I told him I'd wait. On 12/10/20 after getting the run around on where Adam was, I spoke to an Alisa and she told me they are issuing me another temp tag and she's waiting to hear back from a surety bond company on the bonded title. Bonded title? I was told there was no issues with the title. I do not want a bonded title because then I'm liable. A bonded title does not protect me but it does protect them. A bonded title was not the deal. These people are shady and they cover for each other. I tried for 2 days to talk directly to Adam and I got all in one 5 minute phone call, "He's working on my temp tag now" & "he's with a customer" & "he's in a meeting." Still haven't spoken to a manager. You'd think with this much of a screw up that a manager or the owner would speak to me. That's ok.. because it's such a screw up on Gravity Autos Sandy Springs my lawyer will now contact them. NEVER do business with this car dealership! I've also reported them to Better Business Bureau and Georgia Secretary Of State. They screwed over the wrong person this time.. More

THEY DO NOT INSPECT THEIR CARS!!!! I bought 2 Two cars Same Day and found out they had multiple ISSUES! I was told that the Auction does an inspection before Gravity buys the cars from them and that’s I Same Day and found out they had multiple ISSUES! I was told that the Auction does an inspection before Gravity buys the cars from them and that’s IT!! Issues my cars had - wrong size battery, nails in tire, leaking power steering fluid because the RAKE AND PINION NEEDS REPLACING. Brakes I was told they would take car of only later they denied repairing it. This is all less than 5days of purchase. Please look elsewhere first before shopping here and if you do consider purchasing a car here please have it inspected by a trusted mechanic. These cars looks great but oh boy you may be buying a luxury mess! Trust me I bought 2 same day with issue and this is how I was treated!! By the way I also came with Checks and my own financing!! AND THIS IS WHAT I GOT!!!! More

I contacted Gravity Auto through chat and then we started speaking over the phone. I was put with Jeff Carlisle as the salesman with this particular vehicle. Jeff went above and beyond answering all of my questions through text very promptly. We decided that this was the car we wanted to look at and upon arriving on the lot Jeff was excellent to deal with. We were in and out with our son's vehicle that he wanted in no time at all. I HIGHLY recommedn Jeff Carlisle if you are in the market for a NICE used vehicle at Gravity Autos. More

I did not feel rushed and they gave me my space to look around. Chris Hairston is outstanding. Chris knows his cars!!! He advised me against purchasing a car that cost more by explaining to me what I was getting versus what I could get. Chris is more concerned with safety than he is with money. James Thomas, Finance Manager, was excellent as well. James explained everything in my contract. He took the time to explain the "small print" to ensure that I knew what I was signing. Post the sale, you can learn alot about a dealership and their desire to serve their customers. When an issue arises two years after the sale, it's an opportunity to step up or step aside. Kaleb in sales referred me to Sunny in the service department. Sunny is a rare groove. He advised me on what battery to purchase for my AMG S63, placed an order from the MB parts department and offered to install the battery next week. The relationship with Sunny is one I value, and beyond the hundreds in savings, it was this comment from him. "If you have an issue with a car you purchased from Gravity, I'm here to help you, as I care about our customers after the sell. Were not here to just sell you a car". Thanks Sunny. AAA installed the battery before I purchased the car, but their roadside customer service team was unwilling to address the in warranty claim. More
