THEY DO NOT INSPECT THEIR CARS!!!! I bought 2 Two cars Same Day and found out they had multiple ISSUES! I was told that the Auction does an inspection before Gravity buys the cars from them and that’s I Same Day and found out they had multiple ISSUES! I was told that the Auction does an inspection before Gravity buys the cars from them and that’s IT!! Issues my cars had - wrong size battery, nails in tire, leaking power steering fluid because the RAKE AND PINION NEEDS REPLACING. Brakes I was told they would take car of only later they denied repairing it. This is all less than 5days of purchase. Please look elsewhere first before shopping here and if you do consider purchasing a car here please have it inspected by a trusted mechanic. These cars looks great but oh boy you may be buying a luxury mess! Trust me I bought 2 same day with issue and this is how I was treated!! By the way I also came with Checks and my own financing!! AND THIS IS WHAT I GOT!!!! More

Post the sale, you can learn alot about a dealership and their desire to serve their customers. When an issue arises two years after the sale, it's an opportunity to step up or step aside. Kaleb in sales referred me to Sunny in the service department. Sunny is a rare groove. He advised me on what battery to purchase for my AMG S63, placed an order from the MB parts department and offered to install the battery next week. The relationship with Sunny is one I value, and beyond the hundreds in savings, it was this comment from him. "If you have an issue with a car you purchased from Gravity, I'm here to help you, as I care about our customers after the sell. Were not here to just sell you a car". Thanks Sunny. AAA installed the battery before I purchased the car, but their roadside customer service team was unwilling to address the in warranty claim. More

Audi Dealerships Have Nothing on Gravity! I was in the market for an Audi Q5 after totaling mines a few days ago. I visited several Audi dealerships in the Atlanta area, and was not pleased w I was in the market for an Audi Q5 after totaling mines a few days ago. I visited several Audi dealerships in the Atlanta area, and was not pleased with their pricing of certified pre-owned vehicles nor their responsiveness to my request to negotiate. I found Gravity Auto while searching online for Q5s I might be interested in seeing. Finding Gravity was the cake; making initial contact with Hakim was the icing on that cake. From the point of our initial conversation, to my driving my new-found, super clean, 23,632 miles, 2015 Audi Q5 from the dealership, Hakim was the consummate professional! After telling him that I could not get a feel for the condition of the car from the pictures online, he offered to FaceTime with me so that I could get a better view of the car. I decided to visit the dealership but made it plain to him that I didn't need anyone to sell me on the Q5 because I had been driving it for 3 years. He showed me the car I had seen online and one that had just come in earlier that day. I fell in love with the car but did not want to make a decision without allowing myself additional time to consider other possibilities. I was given the opportunity to test drive the car overnight and returned the next day realizing that I had found my car. Hakim was Ex-cel-lent! He introduced me to Sam, the owner, and worked with Sam to get me the best deal possible. I loved the fact that as he handled my needs, he attended to the concerns of another customer simultaneously, and did so seamlessly. Kudos to Sam, and Eric who gave me undivided attention as we worked to close the deal. I wholeheartedly endorse Gravity Auto, and highly recommend Hakim as your "go to" person!
