BAD experience! Bought a car for my son. Had to drive 5 hours to purchase and after leaving dealership it broke down on me leaving Atlanta. 1st of all, paid $16,000 Bought a car for my son. Had to drive 5 hours to purchase and after leaving dealership it broke down on me leaving Atlanta. 1st of all, paid $16,000 cash and they didn’t even want to bargain with me. Not even $500 off. The dealership did send a tow truck to pick up the car and even offered to fix the problem and ship the car to my home town. They kept the car for over 3 weeks and didn’t communicate with me until I had to call and go off. One time they told me they were sending the car to the Mercedes dealership to get fixed because they could get it back to me faster to telling me they have the BEST mechanic. Well after shipping car to me check engine light came on and come to find out wires had been chewed on from rodents and that cost me. Then 3 months later car is leaking fluids to find out when the dealership fixed the water pump their mechanic left some bolts off and didn’t tighten some up good . Over a $1000 in cost. Wow. Won’t be going back!!!! More

He insisted that I get the car inspected by a third party and let him know in case there was any issues so he could take care of it at no cost to me. Thieves - Never in my life seen this- caught them actually trying to steal my sons deposit. Super RUDE! They couldn't start the car we were interested in seeing and lied about it. Once we realized what was happening we declined test driving the car. The car was dirty, there was a dead roa interested in seeing and lied about it. Once we realized what was happening we declined test driving the car. The car was dirty, there was a dead roach inside, the tire treads were extremely low, the paint colors were off. The salesman started yelling at us saying that we wasted his time and that we were just complaining to get a discount. At this point we were over it and tried to leave but he had my driver's license still. He LOST my driver's license. It was completely ridiculous. This place is shady and not worth a visit. More
I am continuously disappointed with this company. On November 13th I was told it would take 3-4 weeks for the extra coverage I purchased to be canceled and the refund to be reflected in my loan balance. Trying to get answers from the financial department, James Thomas, has been like pulling teeth. Last I heard from him he told me.on the 23rd he would be back to me the 26th. I have heard nothing despite sending three email since the 26th. I don't know who else to contact about this, I have email record of all of this. I was told when I purchased it I could cancel whenever but it is not appearing so. More
