Super RUDE! They couldn't start the car we were interested in seeing and lied about it. Once we realized what was happening we declined test driving the car. The car was dirty, there was a dead roa interested in seeing and lied about it. Once we realized what was happening we declined test driving the car. The car was dirty, there was a dead roach inside, the tire treads were extremely low, the paint colors were off. The salesman started yelling at us saying that we wasted his time and that we were just complaining to get a discount. At this point we were over it and tried to leave but he had my driver's license still. He LOST my driver's license. It was completely ridiculous. This place is shady and not worth a visit. More

On November 13th I was told it would take 3-4 weeks for the extra coverage I purchased to be canceled and the refund to be reflected in my loan balance. I have heard nothing despite sending three email since the 26th. I don't know who else to contact about this, I have email record of all of this.
