My rating is specifically for Henry Hernandez. He alleviated my concerns about the how the care industry is going and I hope he gets a chance to disseminate his knowledge with others. My overall experience from beginning to end was five stars. Scott keep the lines of communication open and responded to my needs promptly. James in the finance department ensured the purchase price was stars. Scott keep the lines of communication open and responded to my needs promptly. James in the finance department ensured the purchase price was accurate and did not attempt to upsell any extra things I did not need. This was one of the best buying experiences that I've had and I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. More
DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM GRAVITY AUTOS SANDY SPRINGS. Once you leave the lot, don’t expect ANY customer service WHATSOEVER - NO ONE in any department besides sales will answer the phone. I purchased a ca Once you leave the lot, don’t expect ANY customer service WHATSOEVER - NO ONE in any department besides sales will answer the phone. I purchased a car early October and by the end of November I still didn’t have a tag. I called countless times just to get redirected to a phone that no one answered. When I FINALLY get the tag office on the line they tell me the vehicle doesn’t have emissions. And this is after the sales department told me I could expect my tag in the mail. UNPROFESSIONAL ESTABLISHMENT. More

This is the worst dealership I’ve ever done business with. They sold me a defective vehicle. I purchased a Tesla only to discover both screens were bad and the rear view mirror was blacked out. To date with. They sold me a defective vehicle. I purchased a Tesla only to discover both screens were bad and the rear view mirror was blacked out. To date none of these issues have been resolved. The staff are not honorable nor can you trust them. Be warned. More
Dealing with Gravity after purchasing my car has been a bit of a nightmare. It started when we were handling financing with James. I initially qualified for a 9.04% interest rate, but James was able to bri bit of a nightmare. It started when we were handling financing with James. I initially qualified for a 9.04% interest rate, but James was able to bring it down to 8.04%. I signed the physical paperwork for 8.04% and all was good. I have the physical copy and so does James. What I didn’t notice was on the electronic version of the contract that was sent to the bank, the old rate of 9.04% was left on. I didn’t realize this until a couple of weeks later when I gained access to my loan through the bank and realized that they had the wrong interest rate. Thus began a MONTHS long process of calling Gravity and calling the bank, over and over again to get this resolved. It started by going back and forth with James. I say back and forth, but really it was me constantly having to reach out to him for updates, never once being reached back out to. I’d call James and tell him what the bank told me. He says he’ll give them a call, we hang up, I hear nothing. I call again a few days later. HE says “Do you have any updates?”… No I don’t have any updates, I’ve been expecting a call from YOU to tell me about updates! I say no changes are reflected on my bank’s site, he says he’ll call again, rinse and repeat. Gravity has both my personal and work phone numbers. I have not a single missed call or voicemail from them. After about a month and a half of nothing getting done, I stopped into the dealership where I met the manager Thabit and explained the situation. He assured me now that he was involved, it would get handled. He said he'd talk to James and to expect a call the next day or early the next week. I proceed to hear nothing for two weeks. I began calling and asking to speak to Thabit. Every time I called I was asked if they could take a message. Not once was I offered to speak with Thabit, and I never once received a call back. I spoke to at least 4 different people over a 2 week period. At one point I tried to reach the GM. The last option when you call Gravity is to “go directly to the GM’s cell”, but this just brought me to someone’s desk, who told me they’d relay the message. As you can guess, I heard nothing. After another two weeks I stopped in again and spoke to Thabit, who simply pointed me over to James. James had no idea I had come in weeks prior and spoken with Thabit. James assumed the situation had been handled and didn't know I had said anything to anyone else about it. He just assumed that since I stopped calling him it had been worked out. James the next day got me on a 3 way call with the bank where dealer services told him correcting the contract is impossible. This is contrary to what I was told by multiple people at the bank when I called, but this is besides the point. The issue isn’t that the mistake can’t be fixed. The issue is that there was a mistake on the dealer’s part and Gravity has shown ZERO urgency or care in addressing it. I’m on month 3 of paying at a higher interest rate than I SIGNED for. Gravity has kind of thrown their hands up and gone “Whoops! Oh well! Wanna refinance?”. Overall, this has sucked. Everyone has been polite and nice to talk to, but less than reliable. James says he had called the bank multiple times to get this resolved, sent them the physical contract and all, but this is only after ME talking to the bank, getting their instructions, getting a fax number, and relaying this info over to him. And in the end he says he sent it, but I wouldn't know because he'd never reach out to say he did it. And you’d think getting management involved would help, but you’d be wrong. I want to thank David for being excellent while we looked for a car, as well as Brent who, while having moved to another location during this process, has still been responsive when we have reached out to him for help. I am usually a private sale type guy so this was my first car dealer experience in over 10 years. The entire staff was great in negotiating to find a deal that worked. Thabit, James, Adam and Marcus were car dealer experience in over 10 years. The entire staff was great in negotiating to find a deal that worked. Thabit, James, Adam and Marcus were all pleasant and professional through some spirited back and forth to get the numbers right and the situation agreeable. I appreciate their help. It was a good experience. Thank You. More
