We had this experience: after coming to an agreement, hand shake, and even congratulations, while we awaited paperwork to finish, these men actually sold the car to another buyer that "was a better deal for them". In the long run, I can rest in knowing that if they would do something like this, there is no telling what kind of cars they sell, or what they would do to make a buck. But it's not a place I would ever do business, and strongly urge you not to either. More
