I could always go to him if I had any issues or any questions and he was always available. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. I was also grateful to find out that the car that I was buying was a Honda and it turned out the car salesman that was helping me worked at a Honda dealership for many years which was also comforting. If you go Gravity Auto in Sandy Spings I would advise anyone to take someone with them who knows the fees and taxes involved in buying a vehicle & a good mechanic because no maintenance was done on the vehicle I bought there not even an oil change. They will tell you different but don't believe a word they tell you. I have fees on my contract that I don't know what they are. Thinking I'm getting 60 months, they put 72 mos. on the financing. Read the documents before you sign & know exactly what you are paying for. Some customers gave them 4 and 5 stars, I can only speak to my experience. I would advise anyone to deal with a name brand dealership if they don't know anything about buying a vehicle. More
