I would seek out Dehlon Brooks again. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and very good to work with. Additional context: I am out of town (~3 hours away) and had been looking for something specific for a while. Found something on the website and decided to call to inquire. Dehlon quickly followed up with some videos and additional photos. Over the course of the day we exchanged emails and phone calls to negotiate price/terms for the purchase and an associated trade-in. In dealing with any dealership, do your homework about reasonable market prices for whatever you're looking for, and always expect some dealer fees that may or may not be questionable. Have documentation ready to share. With a previous trade-in offer from elsewhere in-hand and some negotiation on some questionable fees, we arrived at an agreement. I drove down the next day, wondering what I would find. I was impressed with the dealership and it looks like they really take pride in what they offer. I was pleased to see that the car appeared as nice in person as it did in the photos online. Just a very few small blemishes that I hadn't already seen in photos. After the test drive went well, the paperwork went very quickly and there was no pressure to sign up for an extended warranty at all. This may be because of our previous negotiation on fees, or the fact that my trade-in was worth more than the car I was getting, but I can't say for sure. Through it all, Dehlon was ready to answer any questions and happy to talk cars. Between test drive and driving away, they did a mini-detail that included flooding the cabin with a powerful perfume. Not exactly my taste, but it dissipated after several trips with the windows down. Once I got home I also changed the cabin air filter, which helped with some mustiness that lingered once the perfume dissipated. Bottom line: I wouldn't hesitate to come here again if they had what I was looking for. And I would ask for Dehlon. More

This dealership is the full embodiment of pathological narcissism down to failing to answer questions directly, ghosting if you didn’t go along with their $6k of illegally imposed fees at the point of closing the sale, raising and lower the financing bar to cajole you into accepting their illegally imposed fees to full-on gaslighting and actually changing the listing on their website to avoid culpability for charging non-advertised fees after I pointed this out! Educate yourself. Read the Consumer Ed post on the GA State consumer protection website about the illegality of imposing non-advertised fees. They also overinflated my Title & Reg. fees… anywhere they could grab a little extra. And, just like a narc, they flare up and really show you their true colors when you simply and logically explain to them what non-mandatory fees you wish to decline and where they are not within legal bounds for imposing them. This went on for weeks. Spare yourself! More
Absolutely terrible communication of a lot of lies I was told. we are going to a certain price and they raise the price by $1000 they also said they would cover the shipping but they will only cover $600.It told. we are going to a certain price and they raise the price by $1000 they also said they would cover the shipping but they will only cover $600.It’s been almost a week and I still have not received my car and my car is not shipped out today I’ll probably just cancel this whole transaction and get a refund.This was the worst experience I’ve ever had a car lot in my entire life The finance straight up lied to me and said I needed to get a warranty because my credit was so bad horse that made the vehicle like $5000 or more. Horrible experience all together I definitely would not recommend anyone purchasing a vehicle from them They won’t let you leave a review without clicking at least one star but I would give them a negative 2 More
