We had been looking around for the right vehicle and the right dealership for over three months before stumbling on Gravity Autos. We took a ride out to look at a vehicle type I had been eyeing for some tim right dealership for over three months before stumbling on Gravity Autos. After so many lack luster visits to dealerships, from old school salesmen who only spoke to my partner, a sales person who said three whole sentences to us and "reserved" a vehicle promising delivery in 14 days to find out that the car would be a different price and would be more than 6 months from delivery, to dealerships that blatantly marked cars up 20% due to the market... We didn't know what to expect on our impromptu hour voyage to Gravity Autos. When I tell you that Shane was a breath of fresh air, I mean it. He is personable, funny, and a joy to work with! He made what had been a taxing experience relaxing and enjoyable. He was kind, experienced, knowledgeable, and respectful. It's a shame I can only give him five stars! Moving to finance and the management team, Mike was incredibly helpful in securing a loan that worked for us. He went above and beyond to provide outstanding service. He is friendly and made a normally stressful situation stress free. At the end of the day, I walked out with the vehicle I had wanted from the beginning at the price that worked for us.
