You definitely have to negotiate your deal but they will work with you to make sure you are happy. They will also make sure you are 100% satisfied before signing your documents. I purchased a 2019 Mercedes with 24k from Gravity Autos Group (Atlanta location) on 6/25/2022. This particular vehicle my wife really wanted it. So we went and got it. Had a few issues. worked with Doc he was very informative and straight up about the process of getting the vehicle shipped in a very rapid time frame I live approximately 1400 miles from this dealership...I had the vehicle about the process of getting the vehicle shipped in a very rapid time frame I live approximately 1400 miles from this dealership...I had the vehicle once all the dealing and paper work was done in 30 hours at my door...Car was handled with care and i may say Doc knows the transport company..he was excellent..had the car unloaded went around the car with a flashlight even though we had a lighted area..
