I've bought and sold many cars during my past 50 years of driving and my recent experience of buying a car at Gravity was possibly the best car buying I've bought and sold many cars during my past 50 years of driving and my recent experience of buying a car at Gravity was possibly the best car buying experience. Igor, my salesman, was attentive, very informed about all cars that we discussed and test drove, listened to what I was trying to find that matched my wife's and my needs, and never hesitated at making the effort to ensure I had honest answers to my questions. Furthermore, he never tried to intimidate or create a sense of anxiety with the intent to rush me into a purchase. In fact, Igor and I took 2 cars to my home so my wife could see them as she was unable to be with me when I was shopping. I believe Gravity management hires people like Igor and demands that great cars are inventoried and sold by non-pushy, informed, honest salesmen and women who respect their customers. Nice job Igor. We looked through the CarFax at his desk, and he guided us on each aspect. We were allowed an independent test drive, and then he also drove us on a test drive so we could ask questions about the ride. I highly recommend this entire crew. Financing was an easy process, although we were encouraged to check around to make sure it was the best rate. Love that! More

I was in the market for a new car and have narrowed down my list to 3. Gravity Autos was my first stop --- ended up being my last as Shane and myself compared the ones i was looking at. He really took the time to explain all the essentials and once i made the decision, he took me over to George. He showed me my options and helped me choose which one worked for me best. The final step was Kash --- he made sure that all the paperwork was in order, explaining every single one in detail. He gives you options on a few other really important things but ultimately leaves the decision making to the buyer - again no pressure! Before I left the place, they made sure that everything was good, even provided me contacts for some upgrades i may do in the future. This place is awesome!
