Top rate service from start to finish! I have been searching the internet for a couple of months looking for the right Jeep for my wife's birthday. I had actually reached out to two other I have been searching the internet for a couple of months looking for the right Jeep for my wife's birthday. I had actually reached out to two other dealerships through the internet and by phone and never got a response after the initial contact. When I called Gravity, I connected with Charles Hannah and immediately got the sense that he was going to do what he said. Within 15 mins of hanging up the phone, I had the photos I had requested on my phone and a follow up text. Within 2 hours of our initial call, I had all the info I needed to decide whether to make the trip to Atlanta and we were on our way. I must say that there was never any pressure to buy, but after our test drive, and a few followup questions, we were ready to buy! Everyone was very professional, and Mike, the Finance Director/GM, took great care in getting our paperwork completed and getting us on our way.
