I purchased my 2018 Jeep Wrangler from ,Grava ,almost immediately after buying it I had to have it into the shop because of the control throttle issue I had it to them three times and they could not find immediately after buying it I had to have it into the shop because of the control throttle issue I had it to them three times and they could not find the issue. On the third time in the service department they switched out the control throttle box. On the way home I noticed my engine light was on. I called grandma and they said that I would have to call back and make an appointment to bring the car in again by then covid had started and grabba did not have any technicians available to look at my Jeep I called repeatedly to try and get my Jeep in but was told that they had no hours available. I ended up calling Kelly Jeep on route 1 in January and the earliest appointment I could get with them was from March 13th but unfortunately my Jeep did not make it until then and on February 23rd my Jeep broke down I had to have it too to the nearest Jeep dealership which was Priority jeep in Salisbury. They said my engine was shot and I needed a new one. I bought the recommended extended warranty that grabber sold me which was MPV so I wasn't too worried because I figured it doesn't matter I'll be covered but boy was I wrong my claim was denied twice. I have purchased three Chrysler vehicles two of which I purchased from Grava I am very disappointed Grava cannot assist me in this matter. I definitely will never ever ever deal with Grava again. More
