I purchased my 2018 Jeep Wrangler from ,Grava ,almost immediately after buying it I had to have it into the shop because of the control throttle issue I had it to them three times and they could not find immediately after buying it I had to have it into the shop because of the control throttle issue I had it to them three times and they could not find the issue. On the third time in the service department they switched out the control throttle box. On the way home I noticed my engine light was on. I called grandma and they said that I would have to call back and make an appointment to bring the car in again by then covid had started and grabba did not have any technicians available to look at my Jeep I called repeatedly to try and get my Jeep in but was told that they had no hours available. I ended up calling Kelly Jeep on route 1 in January and the earliest appointment I could get with them was from March 13th but unfortunately my Jeep did not make it until then and on February 23rd my Jeep broke down I had to have it too to the nearest Jeep dealership which was Priority jeep in Salisbury. They said my engine was shot and I needed a new one. I bought the recommended extended warranty that grabber sold me which was MPV so I wasn't too worried because I figured it doesn't matter I'll be covered but boy was I wrong my claim was denied twice. I have purchased three Chrysler vehicles two of which I purchased from Grava I am very disappointed Grava cannot assist me in this matter. I definitely will never ever ever deal with Grava again. I walked in to Grava looking at both Jeep Grand Cherokees and Wranglers. I test drove both and couldnt decide. I told them I didnt want to buy a car that day. Before I left, the salesmen brought someone else over to try to pressure me into pulling the trigger then and there... that should have been the first red flag. I decided to go with the Grand Cherokee. Good car, priced fairly. The issue was that it was a pre-owned and they never got the title in. It took 4 weeks to get the title in... the temporary registration is valid for only 7 days. They let me illegally drive my car for 3 weeks knowing I was uninsured. I would have happily held off on taking the car until the title come in.. but lets put others at risk to make a quick buck, right? Then, after that, the communication was the salesmen was horrible. He wouldnt give me updates and wouldnt respond to me unless I double texted. DONT BUY FROM GRAVA! More
