DO NOT GO TO GRAVA Do not go there they do not help, my truck has been multiple times and first they fixed one problem but made more issues. money was stolen out of my vehicle by the service agent, tol my truck has been multiple times and first they fixed one problem but made more issues. money was stolen out of my vehicle by the service agent, told me it be down within the day.3 days later I get it back with more Damage then when it went there. They have also put 5-6k miles on my truck in there Possession, they have had my truck a few time and evrytime theres a problem and they also had it for basically 13months total maybe 14. This last time it was "vandalised" in there customer lot that has no cameras and they dont lock the gate. They dropped My truck off to me In worse condition that was dec or jan we are in May and its still not fixed and now they won't answer my text or emails. DONT GO TO GRAVA More

Don’t ever bring your vehicle here they are a joke of a dealership , they do not honor vehicle warranty purchased from factory , had dealership I purchased vehicle from contact them and all of a sudden it’ dealership , they do not honor vehicle warranty purchased from factory , had dealership I purchased vehicle from contact them and all of a sudden it’s covered under warranty ! Until the next day when they found a made up reason that it “isn’t under warranty” now hauling my vehicle across 2 states back to the dealer I purchased from to have vehicle fixed at no cost to me Bacause vehicle is still covered under factory warranty !
