It's unfortunate that we cannot make a deal with every customer that comes in. Whether they live in Medford or out of state isn't a consideration. We simply try and find a deal that will work for both parties. I read this review several times and talked with the customer several times after reading it. I never got a straight answer about what went wrong other than we didn't take a deal that didn't make sense for us. We sell over 1000 new vehicles each year as well as many Pre-Owned, so I'm sure there are plenty of deals that come out way that make sense to do.
