INCOMPETENT CROOKS! I can't even begin to explain what incompetent crooks work at this dealership...from the top down! I leased a vehicle here back in Nov. 2011. When it I can't even begin to explain what incompetent crooks work at this dealership...from the top down! I leased a vehicle here back in Nov. 2011. When it became apparent that I was going to go over the allotted mileage before the lease agreement was up, I came back to the dealer in April, 2014 to buy out the lease. Sounds simple, right?! HA! After spending HOURS sitting with a non-social, unfriendly CONDESCENDING salesman (while the finance manager handled the paperwork) I left having put down more money and paying higher monthly fees for way too many years (My fault...I like the car and will re-finance later outside of this crooked dealership). But here's where it gets really fun! Last week (9 months post purchase), I went to get an inspection sticker only to find out that the registry doesn't even have a record of my vehicle in the system. When I bought out the lease (4/14), I asked the dealer to keep my same (special) plate that I had purchased and that doesn't expire til 10/15. They said, "Sure, no problem. We'll just charge you a transfer fee and roll the cost into your monthly charges." Bottom line and to make a loooong story shorter, I paid for a service that they never completed. Apparently they applied for "new" plates/registration instead of just transferring the old ones from the leasing company to me. So the registry thinks (and has for 9 months) that I'm driving the vehicle with new plates that I never received nor did I know ever existed. After spending 6 hours on the phone with the registry, the dealer, my insurance co. and loan company, it's STILL not resolved. They're telling me I need to pay $100. to essentially purchase the registration/plate that I already have and have had and have paid for for the last 3 years!!! Um, NO I don't think so! Your mistake Grava...you pay!! And by the way, WHERE are those missing plates that I also paid for??? Someone's been having a nice joy ride for themselves for the last 9 months ...on my dime. And guess what...Grava is pleading the 5th. We know nothing. Not sure how this could have happened? We have other customers we have to deal with and can't talk to you anymore. Did I mention I'm on day 3 of taking time off from work to deal with this nonsense? Oh and I can't really drive an unregistered, un-inspected vehicle now can I? So do yourselves a favor...NEVER EVER set foot inside this dealership!! What a total SCAM!! More
Al Firicano Mr. Ralph Grava November 25, 2014 Gra Mr. Ralph Grava November 25, 2014 Grava Chrysler Jeep Dodge 29 Mystic Ave Medford, MA 02155 RE: Buying experience at Grava Dear Mr. Grava, I am writing to you about my recent buying experience at the end of August 2014. Like most people, I was not looking forward to purchasing a new vehicle or the buying process that goes along with it. I jumped on the internet and registered for all my buying certificates and was soon inundated with emails and phone calls. Some salespeople were reasonable and others applied a maximum amount of pressure which was enough for me to avoid dealing with them. I understand every buyer has different expectations and engages in different negotiation tactics. I feel I’m in the majority by hoping for a truthful and low key sales person. I had visited several dealerships and was informed that I would be making a mistake if I didn’t purchase a vehicle from dealerships that have massive inventories. Dealerships continually reminded me that dealers rotating their stock and emptying their lot once a month – are the only place to shop. I received several prices from dealerships in northern Mass and then took a ride to your dealership because it’s close to my home. This is where I met your staff and my buying experience took a major upswing. I was met by your General Sales Manager Frank Sorento. He treated me in a genuine way and clearly understands that consumers don’t enjoy the process of purchasing a new vehicle. He spoke to me about 10 minutes to fully understand why I was at Grava and what exactly I was looking for. Frank introduced me to Al Firicano. I didn’t know what to expect of Al at first. It turns out that Mr. Firicano was unassuming and patient. I asked him many questions and Al was steady through my barrage. Al further elaborated with additional important information that was extremely useful toward my purchase. He demonstrated professionalism and honesty. His demeanor and genuine nature shone through his hope to sell a vehicle. I hadn’t felt that I was dealing with good and honest salespeople until I met Al. He searched for a vehicle that suited me and located one in Southeastern Mass. He gave me a price that was lower than all other dealerships and treated me very fairly on my trade in. I left the dealership without making a purchase so that I could process all the information Al Firicano had provided me. I did some more internet research and realized that I found a sales person that was truly treating me right. Subsequently, Al Firicano went to Southeastern Mass, picked up the vehicle and my purchase was complete. I quickly came to the realization that I had fallen victim to the stereotype that there are no good and honest people in the auto dealership market. I am a believer and will proudly refer anyone to Al Firicano – so that they may experience the same good faith that Al demonstrated to me. I hope you are able to hold on to Mr. Firicano because I believe his professionalism will make him an asset wherever he’s employed. Thank you for a positive experience. Yours truly, Neal O’Brien More

Start and finish with GRAVA I live in southern NH and bought a 2014 Grand Cherokee Limited at Grava from Frank down in Massachusetts. Why? Because NH dealerships want too much I live in southern NH and bought a 2014 Grand Cherokee Limited at Grava from Frank down in Massachusetts. Why? Because NH dealerships want too much of my money. Do not waste any time checking out other dealers like I did. Grava should be the first dealer you call since it will be the only dealer you'll need to call. I wasted hours and hours of negotiating for days trying to get what I perceived to be the "best" deal and got absolutely nowhere. Frank was clever and came up with a unique way of saving a new customer (me!) big bucks. I ran it by other dealerships in my area to see if they could beat Frank's deal; not only could they not beat it, they didn't even understand how Grava was able to come up with the number I had. Thank you Frank! This was a no-brainer: GRAVA !!! More
Awful Experience- Don`t waste your valuable time here! I went to look at different Jeep vehicles last night because my fiance and I have a lease which will be up at the end of August, so we are definitely I went to look at different Jeep vehicles last night because my fiance and I have a lease which will be up at the end of August, so we are definitely buying a car before then. When we first entered this dealership we were greeted by a pleasant man who turned out to be the typical ignorant sales associate you expect form a car dealership. He showed us around the lot and I decided I wanted to test drive a commander, he took my license and said I will be right back with the car. 15-20 minutes go by and we are still standing in the humid lot with no salesman or car to be found anywhere! I go inside to look for the salesman and I find one guy sitting on the couch watching TV, the manager on the computer doing nothing, and another guy starring out the window at who knows what. I asked where the man was helping us went and he was inside another vehicle with a DIFFERENT customer showing him the in`s and out`s of a car that he was picking up. Nobody apologized to me and quite honestly they laughed in my face when they saw I was so upset being left stranded in the lot for 15 minutes with no help and no license. I was so upset and tried to let my frustration out on the manager which is typically the person that would handle this type of concern and his response was "dont spaz at me" and not one apology. He was looking at me like I had 8 heads and couldn't seem to grasp the concept of what had actually happened. Not sure how they get away talking to customers like that. I am not sure what kind of customer service training they have but I am guessing NONE. I am in customer service and I am taught to let an upset customer vent until they are done and then come back with a pleasant response and solution. They were degrading, rude, and didn't seem to take their jobs serious. I will be contacting corporate regarding this issue and I can say I am definitely turned off from the Jeep brand as a whole and you can be sure Grava is on my bad list. I am getting married, purchasing a home, and a car (not here) all within a month and time is EXTREMELY limited for me so if you value your time at all don`t bother going here! More

I was up fron I wasn't sure I wanted a Jeep so I only went in for a test drive. The salesman spent hours with me testing several different models. I was up front about not planning to make a purchase today and that didn't stop him from being polite and attentive the whole time. There was absolutely no pressure to buy at all which really put me at ease. I wasn't hounded by follow up calls or emails in the few weeks after my test drive either which was refreshing as I was getting annoyed by all the calls from other dealerships I'd been to. When I called to inform him I'd purchased a different model vehicle he was very pleasant and thanked me for my time and wished me luck with my new vehicle. If I ever decide to get a Jeep, Ram, Chrysler, or Dodge I will definitely go back here! More
My first experience with Grava Chrysler was with the body shop. They did a wonderful job replacing my left rear door and repairig my left rear quarter panel. They were very helpful in filing an insurance cla shop. They did a wonderful job replacing my left rear door and repairig my left rear quarter panel. They were very helpful in filing an insurance claim and getting the appraisal done. I was particularly impressed with James Murdock who has awesome customer service skills and who is committed to leaving his customers with a smile. I recommend the body shop very highly. I have since had the service department replace the front end on my 300 C. They too were courteous and helpful. More
Ron in the body shop was great. Although communication was lacking. I was never given an estimate of how long the repairs would take, and I had to call to find out when my car would be ready. The gentlem was lacking. I was never given an estimate of how long the repairs would take, and I had to call to find out when my car would be ready. The gentleman at the service desk when I picked up my car (on a Saturday) was pleasant at first. But he seemed frustrated and inconvenienced by a customer calling to ask for an appraisal. Also, when I asked for a copy of the appraisal, I was told he could not get it for me, and that it was a separate "entity" that handles that. Whatever, not a big deal, just a little inconvenient for the customer. When I got in my car to drive it home, I found some dirty rags and an empty roll of tape in the backseat. Once again, not a big problem, but after they took the time to wash and vacuum my car, you would think they would clean out their own trash. In addition, the rubber brake pedal cover had been removed for some reason, and left in my center console. Not sure why that was necessary since the repairs were to my bumper/tailgate. Overall, decent service, I would have liked at least a phone call to tell me how long it would be, but this was being paid for by my insurance so maybe they don't care as much when the money is guaranteed. And as for the trash in my car, I have come to expect this from dealership service departments after having this happen to me the past three times I brought my car in for service. More
