Terrible, slow service. Service department does not operate well at all. My express oil changes take over an hour, and the last time I got one they didn't put the oil cap ba Service department does not operate well at all. My express oil changes take over an hour, and the last time I got one they didn't put the oil cap back on properly, so I was leaking oil. I pre-purchased oil changes when I bought the car, this is the only reason I still go there. I've had to make appointments on two occasions for things besides an oil change, both times my car ended up there for two days for services that took less than two hours. One time they didn't even fix/change anything. Told me there was no issue, for me to bring it back a second time for them to fix it. There is no point to making an appointment here, it apparently doesn't get your car looked at any sooner. The service person I talked to on the phone lied directly to me and realized it when he was talking and tried to get out of it. They give you a big smile when you walk in, only to mask the fact that the service is subpar and they will take complete advantage of you. The stereotype of service departments being shady and trying to screw you fits here. My experience buying the car at grava was acceptable, but the service has not lived up to what they claim to offer. I would go elsewhere. More
Avoid Grava for any kind of business. Seriously. PLEASE avoid buying, servicing your car, or doing any kind of business with this dealership. These people are unprofessional, disrespectful, and they operate in a very sketchy way. You will be much better off by driving a few miles to Brigham Gill or any other well-stablished dealership. You will end up hating your Jeep if you come to this place. They try to lure customers by saying they have the best prices, however, you can always get the same deal somewhere else and hopefully be treated with respect and professionalism. The people at service department treat cars with absolutely no care…it is too bad I didn’t consult the reviews on this place before buying my new Grand Cherokee, which I had to sell (almost new) after several defects that couldn’t be resolved by the dealership. Make a wise decision and visit some other dealership either for buying or servicing your car. Don’t make the same mistake that I did…I ended up wasting plenty of time and money. More

quick fast friendly hassle free experience I went to Grava for the 1st time to get an oil change and a state inspection. They met me at the door with a smile and welcomed me in. They took down my information and I had a seat in the waiting room. While I was waiting Joe the service manager took me to show me the tires on my car. He said they had enough tred life to pass inspection but would need new ones shortly. Because he did not pressure me to buy the tires now but just give me the warning I decided to buy the tires now rather then wait. They put on new tires and I got my inspection sticker. It felt great to feel valued and not feel like I was getting "taken for a ride" and spend money for no reason. I will for now on be bringing my car to Grava for all my car needs! More

Awful Experience- will never go back I had work done at Grava a month ago, started to notice a burning smell. Called Grava a few times asking if this was normal, said to give it time. Brought it to a local place who, without prior history of any repairs on the car, asked who had done work last, saying that there was oil leaking from the area that was work on/replaced before (they were able to name the exact part) and recommended bringing the car back to Grava. Grava looked at it, said there was nothing wrong (tried to charge us for other stuff)- we took it to another dealership for second opinion. The new dealership could tell Grava had done recent work on the exact part (clearly fixed their mistake) and lied to us and tried to charge us for their mistake. A bunch of CROOKS, will never go back, they take complete advantage of their customers. More
Service Received on April 17th, 2015 Dear Mr. Grava; I have been going to Grava since the early 2000's; I have purchased 2 Jeep Liberties over the years (both from Jim Pandolfo). I have always one to Grava for my servicing needs of my vehicles. When I go to Grava, I always look for Courtney Knights; she is awesome! On this particular day, Courtney was out sick; I do hope she feels better! She is missed. The gentleman that helped me on April 17th was Timothy Hill; I cannot praise him enough! He was excellent; he was kind and courteous, and most helpful in insuring my vehicle was going to get done that day. I went in at 9:30AM; I needed an inspection sticker, my brakes looked at, and an alignment. It took all day, but it was worth it! Instead of working from home that day, I worked from Grava, thanks to providing WiFi to the customers who sit an wait for their cars! In my opinion, Grava has the best service department that I have ever frequented; I will always go back to Grava!! Thank you! Cheryl A. DeLeary More

Then they tell you the rental you have will be covered, not once, not twice, but six times, only to find out two weeks after the rentals been returned, that Mr. Joe Dolci decides to renege on that confirmation and you are told you will have to pay $1100 for that rental. And no, Mr. Joe Dolci doesn't even have the decency to call you, some poor guy from Enterprise calls and tells you. Still waiting to hear from anyone of authority from Grava. This place is the worst. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. Check BBB, multiple complaints. More
