Painfully easy I had a recall on my 2016 patriot. I called and made an appointment for a few days later. I brought the car three times for service and was told to turn around because they were too full. when I finally got in they kept my vehicle for two days, no loaner was ever offered and still nothing was done. I was told parts would need to be ordered and they would call me back. I waited 3 weeks nothing. waited two months called and complained was told parts would not be ordered and still no call. I finally got fed up and dealt with Kourtney myself and she was useless . she should try getting off her xxx once in a while and do something. More
