I am extremely satisfied with Grappone Honda. I own my second Honda CRV from them and everyone I have interacted with has always been great -- very friendly and helpful. I have always been taken good care of whether I've made an apt. or just drove in; I've always felt welcome and accomidated. I am disappointed in my 08' Honda Pilot, which only has 45,000 miles on it. I need a new radiator which will be $600.O0 and I no longer have a warrenty. :( Thought Honda's lasted forever and didn't need a lot of service. More

My experience was great everyone was very friendly and I never once felt like I was being taking advantage of in terms of pricing, the only low rating I have (Quality of work) is a 4 instead of a five becau never once felt like I was being taking advantage of in terms of pricing, the only low rating I have (Quality of work) is a 4 instead of a five because they couldn't figure out what was wrong with my car...it was making a noise and then go figure stopped doing it as soon as I brought it in! They were very accomidating and gave me some great pointers as to what it might be and what to do if it happened again, they also when over my car to make sure there were no safety concerns which made me feel better about driving away, and the noise hasn't happened since! Overall great experience! More

This is typical of the service I receive from Grappone Honda. I bought my car from them in November 2002, and it was easy, fast and affordable, with very helpful people. I've brought my Accord in to Grappone for every service since then, be it routine or emergency. They always fix the problem, give me good advice, understand that customers have financial constraints and do an appropriate level of service that meets both safety and financial needs. I am usually pleasantly surprised at the cost of the repairs. The repair team always feel like they are my partners in keeping my car in tiptop shape, not just a company that does the work for the money and that's it. More

I brought in my 2007 CR-V for alignments, at Archie's recommendation; probably a mechanic recommended when I had my car serviced a few weeks earlier. (It was a 50,000 checkup.) As soon as I got out of the car, one of the service staff met me and proceeded to take care of the paper work, etc. I was assured that the alignment would be done as expeditiously as possible. I was given an estimate that it could take more than two hours to complete the task. Actually, it was done in about two hours. Archie explained at the cashier what corrections were made to align the front wheels,and how much "life" the tires still have. What amazed me the most was how smooth the CR-V now runs. A $80 plus well spent. My wife and I are planning a car trip to NJ, VA, and NC as of next April 12, and we will feel secured that the car will give us a trouble free ride. I would like to make a recommendation. A customer's car should be vaccumed, washed, and windshield reservoir filled at the end of the service. I had that done to other cars I owned at other dealerships. More
