Understanding that New Hampshire’s Vehicle State Inspection Laws can indeed be subjective, we wanted to ensure that we did not make a mistake in our decision. This is why we sought further clarification directly from the DMV. Their feedback confirmed the placement of the sticker in the path of the rear wiper blade constitutes an obstruction of view, leading to the inspection failure. This decision was made strictly according to state safety regulations, and I assure you, it was not taken lightly. Our goal was to ensure your safety and compliance with the law, not to inconvenience you. As a licensed state inspection facility, we must adhere to the state laws or risk losing our ability to provide this essential service to the public. I apologize if this was not communicated effectively at the time and appreciate your understanding as we navigate these regulations. I also want to address your concerns about our service recommendations. Transparency is a cornerstone of our operations, and we aim to communicate our processes as clearly as possible. Each vehicle, including yours, undergoes a thorough multipoint inspection to identify any safety or maintenance issues. These recommendations are strictly based on objective criteria such as visual inspections, time, mileage, and the vehicle’s service history.
