Hi Greg: You are on the right track but to late. Keeping existing customers happy to become future customers is key to success in the auto industry especially in times like this. If this happens again in the future I will contact you or the current owner and discuss it before buying else where. My daughter also plans on buying a new honda in the spring and right now I'd go where I just bought the 2012 CRV EX AWD first and you second.
