I am extremely satisfied with Grappone Honda. I own my second Honda CRV from them and everyone I have interacted with has always been great -- very friendly and helpful. My husband did this sale as I don't like dealing with car salesmen. Scott was good in his sale but appeared a bit unorganized and frazzled. Scott and the manager did a great job with the trade-in value of our truck and did well with getting our payment on the Ridgeline as low as possible. When we picked up the vehicle, there was a small mark on the passenger door that I couldn't get off, it appeared to be a small scratch. Scott immediately had someone look at it and it did look better when he came back. He said that if we weren't satisfied with how it looked to please let him know and he would get it taken care of further. When we picked up the vehicle, WE were under time constraints and Scott did not have a chance to go through the vehicle with us. Again, he said if we wanted him to do that to please come back when we had more time and he would go through the entire thing. I told him we'd play around with it but if I had any questions, I would give him a call. He was great once the paperwork piece was finished. Overall this was a very good sale. More
I have always been taken good care of whether I've made an apt. or just drove in; I've always felt welcome and accomidated. The service department is usually very quick with the work and I never have to wait long. If I do wait your waiting area is very comfortable and I never mind sitting there. I am disappointed in my 08' Honda Pilot, which only has 45,000 miles on it. I need a new radiator which will be $600.O0 and I no longer have a warrenty. :( Thought Honda's lasted forever and didn't need a lot of service. More

My first car was a Honda and I loved it! My next car was a VW, and while I loved, I found myself looking at Hondas again when it came time for a new car. My husband and I came into Grappone this past weeken a VW, and while I loved, I found myself looking at Hondas again when it came time for a new car. My husband and I came into Grappone this past weekend to "look around." And we came home with a new car. Bill was fantastic to work with--very knowledgable and friendly. He and Eric made the experience very exciting and I haven't stopped smiling since! I love my enw car and I've made sure to tell everyone what great service I got at Grappone Honda. More

My experience was great everyone was very friendly and I never once felt like I was being taking advantage of in terms of pricing, the only low rating I have (Quality of work) is a 4 instead of a five becau never once felt like I was being taking advantage of in terms of pricing, the only low rating I have (Quality of work) is a 4 instead of a five because they couldn't figure out what was wrong with my car...it was making a noise and then go figure stopped doing it as soon as I brought it in! They were very accomidating and gave me some great pointers as to what it might be and what to do if it happened again, they also when over my car to make sure there were no safety concerns which made me feel better about driving away, and the noise hasn't happened since! Overall great experience! More
Grappone Honda has changed the dealership experience for me. The staff is friendly and accommodating. They are always friendly and knowlegable about the vehicle and service. The job is always done right. Pricing seems fair and competitive. Discount coupons are sometimes available and Grappone provides a free oil change after 5 paid - nice! The cashiers are very friendly and make sure the pricing is correct. I was sorry to learn that Mario, who sold me my two Hondas and my Mini Cooper, has moved to Florida. I am sure that his replacement will be just as nice and have answers to my questions. Up until Grappone and the way they treat me, and I suspect all their customers, I only went to the dealer to purchase the car and get warranty service. Because of the awesome experience, I use Grappone for all of my service and parts as well as tires and Nitro Fill. Great people, great attitude, great service and attention to detailmake the Grappone Honda team The BEST I have ever found! More
It is nice to be greeted by name, when I show up for service. Wayne and Archie have "worked with me" to resolve maintenance problems and keep my costs down.
