I contacted Grappone Honda because we had gotten a great deal on a previous Honda. They quoted me MSRP and had the gaul to forward my call to another manager who thought he was a sweet talker that could get deal on a previous Honda. I had not intended to buy a car that day so I think that speaks volumes about the service we received. I do not respond well to feeling pressured so they hit the right balance of supporting a sale without strong arming me.
