Hands-down the best sales team and service team you could ask for! No-haggle salespeople means no stress when purchasing a vehicle is already stressful enough! Seamless transaction after several other disappointing experiences with other dealerships. I now live an hr away from Grappone Honda but did business with them years ago when I was in their area. I was pleasantly surprised to have the same great experience I had years ago! This is likely my last car purchase but if it isn’t, I will absolutely return. Best price, best customer service, best communication, best all round knowledge of every aspect of the car buying experience….. for the customer!
