Very poor service experience at a NH Honda dealer I just recently returned from a big waste of my time at this dealer to have a very simple job done on my brand new 2020 Honda Pilot Touring- I had mad I just recently returned from a big waste of my time at this dealer to have a very simple job done on my brand new 2020 Honda Pilot Touring- I had made an appointment for purchase & installation of door edge guards. The work, which could have been done by a modestly trained chimp in less than 30 minutes, took slightly less than 2 hours, and I actually ended up with some of the parts packaging debris in the back seat. Very classy! A big waste of my time. Too bad that they are the closest Honda dealer to my home and I have just begun my warranty period. More
Went in for an oil change tire rotation and state inspection. Came out with oil change state inspection and a broken key. I was told I didn't need my tires rotated which I have 7000 miles on and do l inspection. Came out with oil change state inspection and a broken key. I was told I didn't need my tires rotated which I have 7000 miles on and do like to rotate often but okay. After paying for the service they did provide I noticed on my way home(stopped for gas) that my key was broken. I immediately called them which they denied. I am positive this key was not damage and I can barely now use. They offered to make me another appointment to have fixed but I would have to pay. Thanks for the poor service Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere More
Big expense at 41,000 miles! I brought my car in because I heard a grinding in my rear brake. I only have 41,000 miles on the car. They called to tell me I needed new breaks for I brought my car in because I heard a grinding in my rear brake. I only have 41,000 miles on the car. They called to tell me I needed new breaks for $434.00. When I questioned why that would be with only 41,000 they told me the brake had stuck and had worn down the pad - metal on metal. I would need both pads and rotors replaced on both sides. I told them I had just had the car inspected a month earlier and my brakes were fine. I was told dirt and gravel can get in the brakes and ruin them. I called within days of hearing the grinding and had driven less than 20 miles! I wish I had taken the car for another opinion, but needed the car for a lengthier drive this weekend. I won't be going back to service my vehicle there - nor will I buy another car there! More
Dealership took my 2019 Civic Type R for a joyride. Purchased a 2019 Honda Civic Type R from Grappone Honda in Concord. I signed the papers for it that read 7 miles. This is the same dealership that doesn't allow test drives on the Civic Type R but they allow their employees to joyride them before getting gas. Now I'm obviously planning on getting my wife a 2020 Civic from somewhere else. More

I've had my car for 5 years and was thinking of trading within a year. While we were doing a drive-through, Erik Faust came running through the parking lot! I told Rocky to stop as he might be coming out to see us. Erik was actually coming out to check on a vehicle for another client. He was kind enough to ask if we needed help and we said we were just looking. He gave us his card and we said we'd check in with him. It was probably 10 minutes later after looking at the Passport and the new CR-V that we had questions. Erik was available and the adventure began! To say Erik is an exemplary representative of Grappone Honda is an understatement! To be fair, every employee we interacted with during our visit over the next couple of days were very pleasant! Erik, ...we liked him immediately! He is knowledgeable, personable, funny, kind, humble, down-to-earth, patient....and he hustles! He listened to what our needs were and he worked hard to complete the transaction for our new 2019 CR-V! Thank you so much Erik...we appreciate all you did for us! Can't wait to buy our next car....maybe a Passport in 5 years! More

I had already heard great things about Grappone and figured I had to start somewhere. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by Patricia Lord who took my inexperience respectfully into her hands. She made sure to ask all the right questions and had no problem doing her absolute best to get me the best deal. Without putting any of the hassle on my shoulders. She was very real, relatable, and personable. I felt like I could express my concerns as well as my excitement. A huge thank you to Patricia and Grappone for making me feel awesome about my first car purchase. More

Grappone was great! Everyone I dealt with at Grappone, Erin in Guest Experience, Angela the salesperson, and Jim the team leader, were amazing! This was my first time buying a new car, so I was nervous and hesitant. They made the process of buying a new car so easy and painless. I never felt pressured or harassed and all my questions were answered. They spent as much time as I needed. I felt like I was the only person there! I have already recommended them to many friends!
